The gentleman working here is really helpful and knows his stuff! Even though this store doesn’t have the largest selection at the moment, I would still go here because the service is great.

Not sure why the negative posts. This seems to be spot that all my stylists get their products from. They carry all the high quality stuff that you won’t find at Ulta or any other local store. Very helpful and patient and will spend the time helping you find what you need. They’re experienced and have been in the business for a long time so they know what they’re talking about when it comes to recommending products.

The gentleman behind the counter was most helpful when I went a couple of days ago. I felt safe and not profiled.

I've been going here since I was a kid. The selection is wider than most shops here in Murfreesboro but they rarely update their wigs and lots of things are overpriced. Friendly staff, clean store but you can find elsewhere or online for a fraction of the cost.

They sell expired hair care products. Bought a relaxer that was so old it never straightened my hair. I was going to a wedding and had no choice but to buy a wig since I could not do anything with my hair at the time. When I took it back he said he wasn't going to remove the rest of the product and asked me to exchange it for another relaxer. I wanted a refund. He reluctantly gave me one. I will never spend money in this ratchet establishment again. There are plenty of hair stores that aren't money hungry with rude incompetent staff.

Read the poor reviews they are the truth. Bought braiding hair 4 days ago, so happened to be the wrong hair. Came back for exchange, but the same man that sold me the hair acted like he didn't sell me the hair 4 days ago because I had no receipt. A simple exchange could not be completed. My mom was right about this hair shop, and had I not been in a hurry I wouldn't have come here. Spend your money at one of the other hair establishments. Boycott KC1 Beauty, they will never get my business again.

Lighting in the store sucks, not much selection. Make sure you get the right hair product color because they will not let you exchange even if you didn't use it. Rather stick to the beauty store I normally go to.
