I do not recommend this salon. Please review your receipts carefully, as I was incorrectly charged for a full color service when I only requested a touch-up. Regarding my experience: I requested grey hair coverage, and the color washed out after the first shampoo. When I contacted the salon, the manager invited me back for a correction. During the second visit, I was assured that reprocessing my hair so soon would not cause damage. Unfortunately, my hair began to fall out afterward, and the resulting color was nearly black despite my request for a dark brown. When customers pay for a service, they deserve to receive what they specifically asked for—accurate color, proper care, and honest billing. My experience did not reflect that.

Very disappointing experience. When I asked to try a foundation tester, I was told they were out of the product, even though it was clearly in stock — there just wasn’t a tester available. During the shade match, the foundation was applied very harshly and the staff member seemed bothered that I even asked for help. The interaction felt rushed and unwelcoming. This has not been the only time I’ve experienced rude service at this location. Customer service and professionalism definitely need improvement.

The lady at the door offered to help me find what I needed. She showed me several foundations but not the one I was looking for. She convinced me to purchase the one she recommended saying it was better and the color was the correct one for me. I had to return it. It was not the same and made me look yellow. Upon my return she tried to sell me a different brand but I refused and left.

I had such a wonderful experience in this store after the purchase! I made an impulsive purchase in an Valentino that I barely could decide which one I wanted because of the employee rushing me to get one and close the glass again, ended up not liking the perfum ofc. Went a couple days later at the store and the girl, another one, who helped me was extremely nice and helpful, switched my Valentino Born in Roma for a YSL Libre, the one I could pick by my own taste and unfortunately they didn’t had the biggest bottle as the Valentino, so she gave me the option to get the medium YSL and the difference in products. I loved!

I visited the store about four days ago. Upon walking in three associates walked past me and didn't say anything. So I eventually stop someone to ask about the foundation that I was looking for. Now I remember why I stopped going there in the first place!!

I think her name was Bri maybe ...she was helpful and seemed as if she genuinely wanted to assist. The others seemed like they were on security watch and acted as those you are inconveniencing them for wanted to smell a product. THE STORE WAS EMPTY & THE PERFUME SAMPLES ARE LOCKED AWAY. Please do better instead of smacking loud on gum like horse and having an attitude.

I came here to get bridal make up. I had no idea where to start, but Nicole helped me find everything I needed and made sure everything matched my skin tone and made me feel beautiful. Nicole explained everything in detail and was very nice and enthusiastic!
