Ordered online a handbag which early was in stock when I ordered otherwise I wouldn't have let me order& &now they cancelled it and stated it is out of stock. it was for my birthday too!! HORRIBLE!! Literally ruined my birthday. Don't SHOW IT IS IN STOCK IF IT IS NOT SECURED AND Guaranteed TO BE!!!

It was great except the in-store escalators are out of service. The ones just outside the store in the mall area work. It wasn't enough to keep me from shopping there. I love Macy's ❤️ and the Black Friday deals are incredible!

Be careful at this store, I am new to Texas but did not realize how dangerous this store is, it’s like a ghost town when I visited not knowing what I was going to experience, it is extremely dangerous there, do not go alone and leave your purse in your car, when I went it was a ghost town, it was the most creepiest eeriest feeling I have ever felt in my life, then random men come out of nowhere and I swear they were just looking at me and following me around I really thought I might be raped or assaulted, until I told a friend and they told me that Mesquite is a very dangerous place to live and even visit, so everything made sense, it’s really scary that these types of places and stores still exist, don’t let the restaurants fool you, that mall is super creepy, but now I know, I will be safer if I don’t go to that location anymore. Very scary, I hope this helps someone, stay safe

I was walking by and got pulled in by a vendor to check out his seasalt hand scrub, at first I was unsure but when he put a scoop of seasalt and water in my hands to scrub with and I finished rinsing, let me tell you this stuff is legit! My hands felt really soft and clean. At first I couldn't put my words together on how clean it was until I was told it cleans off dead skin cells and that's exactly what it was!! I also got the after care cream and that's just the cherry on top of the combo I purchase. It truly makes me feel like I'm doing self care with the best product out there. I can't wait to get this stuff on my feet and feel the diffrence!

Overpowering perfume attack. They came at me like they were going to tackle me! Say no thank you, and they spray it in your walking path. I you are sensitive to strong smells, do not enter this place, especially on Sunday! They do have a nice selection of ladies purses though!

Black Friday shopping. Employees were nice. Not as busy as I thought. We did t win the big giveaway:( but still got some great deals.

The place was very nice, and workers were very friendly with any questions I had. I went there with my sister looking for clothes and the overall experience was very pleasant. Will come again!
