If I could give a lower rating, shame on me for not reading reviews before I ever entered this establishments.. Make sure whatever you are going to purchase is that what you truly truly need?They have no refund policy, regardless. You will only get in store credit. Even if they don't have what you need. This was my first time going into this place. I was assisted by Anna a very, very unpleasant person. She was more interested in a quick comeback versus good customer service. I will never visit this place again. And since I have a $40 in store credit, I guess I have to use it but I will never shop here again. May I refer you guys to USA? Beauty super store across the street. Refund policy may be the same, but at least the customer service is way better.

I always come to this store, so I’m very disappointed with today’s visit. I came in and I picked a brand of hair that the price tag had a sales price on it and when I got to the checkout line, the lady took the price tag off and changed the price. When I asked about it she tried to gaslight me like it was never there. Mind you I picked this hair because of the price, I could have gotten something else. It’s bad business PERIOD. Integrity is everything. Will never come again.

Several reasons why I would never shop here again, customer service here is awful, bad attitudes, unprofessional business manner, lack of kindness to their customer's, lack of concern for their customers, the store is very unorganized with several items near the aisles to check out, employees seem to not know much about products, communication is awful, impossible to get a real manager to return phone calls. I truly understand now why a lot of their old customers left and choose to shop at newly open beauty stores nearby.

I recently purchased 2 bundles of what I "thought" was 100% virgin HUMAN hair . Body wave. The packaging advised it could be dyed bleached or permed . I installed the hair blow dried the curls straight. I then proceeded to use my flat irons . With the 1st pass I noticed a few strands of hair . I went to another section and again I noticed residue and what looked to be melted hair on my flat irons. Please remove this from your shelves as this is a misrepresentation of the product you are advertising . I’d ask for my money back but the receipt advised no refund in bold letters . This should have been my 1st and last red flag. BUYERS BEWARE !

OMG...👀👀👀👀 Thats alooooot of hair. Waow. I was super excited to see so many wigs and hair extensions. But I wish they had those fish wire ' invisible string , kind of hair extensions that becomes invisible and u don't need to worry abt clipping on all the time. Cause personally I've never tried any wigs in my life but I've purchased clip-on extensions online. I have them in straight 22" but I wanted bouncey loose natural looking string extensions or same thing in Clip-on but they were not available. Only straight were available. But I've purchased other products. 👍 Staff is friendly

I know you just want to run in the beauty supply and grab what you need but I suggest you avoid this place at all cost. The customer service is horrible and then they stand behind the counter and laugh and talk about you in their language. A customer behind me told me exactly what was said and we both walked out. There are other beauty supplies in the area where they are respectful and appreciate your business
