Devlynn is so kind and sweet and just made my children feel like a million bucks every time we go into get their haircut! She is so patient and funny with the kids, and she even taught me how to style my daughter’s curly hair. I really appreciate the kindness and education. We will definitely be back for more haircuts!

What a fantastic store. I needed some foundation help and I was immediately greeted by Alexis. She helped color match me perfectly, helped me understand better what I was purchasing, and went above and beyond being helpful. She actually listened to what I wanted / needed . She didn’t try to change my mind and actually listened. She ended up being my cashier as well and was just as pleasant.

I had an amazing haircut experience with Nataly ! I was nervous to get my hair cut because I have been growing it for so long, but she made sure we talked everything through before hand and made a game plan. Her main goal was to make sure I left feeling confident and beautiful and she killed it! Would highly recommend requesting Nataly!

I had such an amazing experience with Devlyn she was so amazing, easy to talk to, I had so many compliments on her work as soon and I stepped out of her chair. She brought back my confidence and replicated exactly what i pictured. I would highly recommend going to her for anything hair related; she’s very experienced and highly educated. Mariah was my stylist and I came in with a picture and let me just say, she did amazing! 10 out 10 recommend coming in and requesting her to do you make up or hair! Thank you so much for doing my make up for my birthday

The store employees don't give accurate return information when you purchase things. I was told I could return something as long as I had used less than 50% of it. When I went to return it, I was told there's actually a 60 day deadline. Seems pretty basic to just include that information initially. And the girl checking me out snapped at me when I pointed out she had rung in one of my items twice. She seemed pissed that I said I didn't want the item I was trying to return back and she could just throw it away.

Its terrible that Ulta can't seem to pay to retain their employees and hire competent management to ensure they stay. It is too frustrating to find a hair stylist here and 3 months later that person has quit. Go to a different salon that uses Redken dyes.
