SEPHORA at Kohl's

Kyla is amazing! She was so nice and extremely helpful. She took the time to thoughtfully color-match me to a foundation and then walked me through the process of applying it, products she recommended in the process, etc. I ended up buying everything she recommended because she won my trust from the start. This employee is GOLD!!! I will be back because of Kyla. She was absolutely lovely to work with, and I have not found that level of service in a long time. Thank you!!

The manager of this location was outstanding. They must’ve been short handed, but she bipped and bopped all around, helping everyone. She checked on me a couple of times, advised me on how to get some savings, helped me pick out colors. All quickly and efficiently, with an awesome positive vibe. She was fun and funny. Someone give this girl a raise! She made my day.

Came in for foundation. Kimbri helped me. She was super nice and knowledgeable about products. She color matched me with a better foundation color for my skin and helped me with recommendations for setting powder and spray. She also was able to give a 10% coupon discount when I asked about price matching Lancomes sitewide 20% off. She was fantastic.

The bad b!tches at this Sephora color matched me for 2 foundations on the first try for each and totally listened to my skin issues and questions. 10/10 will go back JUST for the great service. I went in looking like a BUM in leggings tie dye hoodie and sneakers and they treated me with utmost respect and sold me products based on my skin and not discriminating with my frumpy looks.

I love Sephora in Longmont. The entire staff are attentive and knowledgeable . On two occasions Liv helped me find the perfect product. The first time a summer lipstick color, we tired quite a few, and the second time a substitute for a bronzer that had been discontinued. This is my favorite Sephora location!

No idea why this location is rated so highly but it was disorganized/disorderly and I didn’t see a floor associate once when I was shopping. Customer service? They’ve never heard of her.
