Had a great experience with Lincoln they showed me a great product in a matter of seconds. They very knowledgeable, kinds and went above and beyond. Definitely coming back for all my beauty needs!

I went here to buy bleach and toner for dyeing my hair white. I ask one of the employees for advice on which toner to choose for the color I was going for as bleach often leaves it looking a little yellow. The toner I ended up buying from his suggestion made my hair look dark grey instead of white, I don’t wanna single out the guy for what the product did but at the end of the day it should’ve never been suggested to me, it makes me not trust the establishment’s knowledge in those products. Not sure if I’ll return, definitely not asking them for advice though I’m sorry to say 😬

They have knowledgeable staff who are more than happy to help find whatever will best serve your needs. Love this store!

This store is always very clean and organized. The employees are amazing here. Shout out to all of them. Especially Ash and Lincoln. They make it very easy to go in and out with their knowledge

I love this Sally's. The employees are so great and today I asked Lincoln if I was on the right path for a new look and they affirmed I had a good plan and recommended a mask to make sure the color was locked in. 10/10!

I shop at sallys a lot and it's generally a great experience but I am REALLY annoyed right now. I ordered online and then went about my day. I drove 40 minutes in rush hour to get it and when I got home, I saw the lightener was not in the bag. EVERYTHING else was that would hint a person is highlighting their hair. The woman even checked over my bag and said nothing. So I check my email and after I left the store it said "item unavailable" now wouldn't it be really simple and easy to let someone know when they are at the store something was excluded??? So now I had to ration the little lightener I had and I'm sure there's going to be patches. All because someone couldn't simply say "oh this was unavailable, do you want another size?" Cause they had other sizes!!!!!!

I was looking for a product that could help accentuate my curls, and Lincoln helped me in a timely, professional, and courteous manner. The store was very orderly and well-stocked, the floors and atmosphere were clean, and the workers kept busy while ensuring that my questions were answered and needs were met. Overall, a terrific store with great customer service and professional advice!
