I’ve been getting my brows done at the Benefit brow bar for two years now, and the other day I tried their lamination service. Dhee did an amazing job, really taking her time to make sure my brows turned out great. I would definitely recommend booking with Dhee at the brow bar and the service overall at this store is great!

My boyfriend and I had such a great experience out here! There was a worker named Ruba (I hope I spelt that right) and she was absolutely great! I like to do my makeup but don't really have any clue anything about it and she helped us so much! She literally helped me pick out my makeup and not only that was extremely informational about how to use it! The even offer makeup classes which I'm totally thinking about doing later on in the future but yeah this place is amazing! Hope you have a great experience as I did. Dhee did such a great job with my brown wax and tint! It's been over a year since I've gotten my eyebrows done because of how sensitive my skin is and how it's usually hit or miss with what the end results looks like but I'm so glad I took a chance on Dhee! She was so kind and very knowledgeable. She took her time to listen to my concerns about my skin and with performing the service. My eyebrows look great and my skin is responding so well to the products she used. I will definitely be back to see her again! If you're looking for a great brow girl, you can stop the search because Dhee is it! Thank me later.

Such a shame that my daughter and I spend hundreds of dollars here every month but when she goes in alone she is followed around by multiple store employees! Yesterday was the last straw! They had 3 different employees following her around the store and making her uncomfortable! The first couple of times we thought maybe it was just the individual workers with racial bias but it's every time she goes into this location. I met her one time and as she's shopping I watched them follow her around and as soon as I walked over to meet her they instantly stopped following her. Funny that an older white woman is walking with her daughter you no longer feel the need to follow her. We will for sure go to a different location from here on out. I've heard complaints about this store before but I've seen it first hand and this has become beyond ridiculous. If you don't want our money there are plenty of other stores that do! Ulta you should be ashamed of both your employees and bad business practices! This is a reflection of the business and training! In reading other reviews it seems racial profiling is a problem at this location and sadly you all have either chosen not to do anything about it or you are in support of it. We will for sure spend our money elsewhere!

Brynn helped me find all my wedding makeup, and it’s the best I’ve ever looked! She really worked with me to figure out what would best suit my skin type, and was extremely kind throughout the entire process! Every time I come in she’s the first to ask if I need help with anything!

I’m in town for work and desperately needed a change/haircut! Loretta W seriously did such an amazing job and I am SO happy with the results. I told her i wanted to chop a lot of hair off and she checked with me (several times 😂) to make sure it was really what i wanted. I showed her my reference photos and she explained each part of the cut to me before she did it to make sure I understood what I was asking for. Shes thorough, and just so so kind. I’m really sad I’m only here temporarily, because I’d love for her to cut my hair again! Thank you again, Loretta!

Brooklyn Rueba were absolutely precious and helpful in finding my color match with Clinche. They were incredibly sweet with my husband's genuine responses to my makeup.
