What an amazing experience. The customer care (not just customer service but actual care) was incredible. I went in to find a wig as I am dealing with hair loss due to cancer diagnosis. To say I felt seen heard and understood is an understatement. The care that was given both in finding and choosing the right wig and for me and my battle are a true testament to this shop and the ownership. I always try and shop local and will 100000% be shopping with them for everything going forward, from wigs to cosmetics to massage to beautician services after I finish my battle. This is a MUST shop at location. Thank you for making me feel comfortable and cared about in a truly challenging situation.

Went to buy a wig for my mom last week, who is too ill to go with me. The very nice, sympathetic lady that helped me was wonderful! Thank you so much (sorry I forgot her name!). I had gone that same day to the Blue Springs store & met a lady who was very rude & dismissive. But the Lee's Summit Merle Norman employee was great!!! My mother loves the wig & told me today that she feels 10 years younger! so thank you so much for taking the time to listen, care & help!!

I got my hair and makeup done here for prom and the results were AMAZING! Denise and Shemar were so kind and made me feel so amazing about myself. The customer service was amazing, and it was such a great price. If you are looking for a place to get makeup done for prom or an event, I would highly recommend Merle Norman!

What a great place to go for cosmetics and wigs not to mention the great hairstylist! The quality of the products are second to none; you will love the many colors and options for all makeup products. The owner, Denise, is a fantastic makeup artist and knows the cosmetic products inside and out. If you're looking for great customer service, someone who can provide insight into what you need, visit the studio in Lee's Summit. The hair stylist, Shemar, is great with cutting hair, coloring and waxing brows---you will love her too. Lastly, their esthetician provides many facial services...she is really excellent at her profession. Give the studio a call!

As a long time customer of Merle Norman, I would like to express my gratitude to Denise and Shemar! I took my daughter into Merle Norman for a bridal make-over and during our visit discovered that they could solve our wedding day dilemma. Not only did these wonderful professionals offer their talents, but they arrived at the church ahead of schedule! They provided make-up and hair styling for our wedding party and absolutely transformed my daughter into a princess bride right out of a fairy tale! It is hard to find people who are willing to go ABOVE and BEYOND your expectations, but these ladies were a true blessing and they made my daughter's wedding day perfect! I truly cannot thank them enough! professionals

Love the cosmetics. Great place to purchase a wig. But, be cautious of hairdresser she overbooks herself and it will take you a lot longer than ecpected.
