They actually have good prices, they are friendly and the products typically are stocked. They are one of few stores that dont lockup everything. The owner also has s cross (Jesus Christ) on the very top of the wall and I absolutely love that!

I came here randomly cuz I was in the area. It was clean, affordable and the 3 worker girls I talked to were helpful and friendly. I spend $150 and got a cart full of stuff. I’ll be back 🥰

I’ve been a loyal customer for years, but I’ve noticed a decline in the quality of customer service recently. While the security guard and the lady with blue hair remain welcoming and professional, the other two staff members appear tense and irritated in tone, making interactions feel burdensome rather than part of their job. Additionally, employees should receive proper training on batch numbers versus expiration dates. A batch code is not the same as an expiration date, which is why they are listed separately. Selling expired products is unacceptable and should be addressed, not dismissed or gaslit.

This this a good beauty supply store they have everything you need all the workers are nice EXCEPT the same security guard that everyone is currently complaining about. Yesterday me and my friend (we are teens) walked into the store we get to looking around and we ended up by the beads section the black security guard followed us into the hair dye section mind you me and my friends had our siblings with us so he accused my friend brother of stealing beads made him empty his pockets he had no beads in his pocket so my friend says something he just talks over her and ignores what she had to say he just rudely walk off didn't say sorry the Chinese man had to apologize for him and he didn't even want us in the store when walked in he tried to kick us out we wasn't loud or disrespectful we came there to shop just like everyone else. But the Chinese man and the ladies and the other black security guard make you feel comfortable they are great help and they have a great vibe they was playing all the good music we didn't have no problems with anybody else

Edit 08/12/2025 I want to take the time and say thank you for doing justice for that employees discrimination towards us. Mr.Mike Kim, I hope I can meet you one day & thank you as well for taking care of this matter. This employee does not deserve to have a job here when he treats YOUR customers poorly. I also want to thank James for being nice to me and my kids and kind. We need more employees like him in your store. I feel awful for the other customers who were defending me and ended up being treated bad but I hope they can see the review response from you and know We ALL were taken care of because they employee who treated us horribly was let go. Also thank you for taking the time to educate yourself on this issue and for your employees and customers. (Edit) THIS DOG WAS NOT A EMOTIONAL SUPPORT DOG. I told THE MANAGERS He is a diabetic ALERT DOG! Which is a Service dog for MEDICAL ATTENTION! If I could leave zero stars I would! Please do NOT come here. They discriminated our diabetic alert service dog. It is against the LAW to kick you out of a store due to you having a service dog inside. They asked for a certificate of "PROOF" but if they knew the law they would no there is no requirement of any certificate to be allowed inside with a service dog. I do not know the man’s man who humiliated me publicly with my children but I hope the owner sees the tall African American was extremely rude. Other customers noticed him raising his voice at us and stood up for me and he said to one of the people who stood up for us "be quite no one is talking to you don’t get in my business". I hope THE OWNER of this place knows the type of employees you have here. The only person I’ll speak ok of is again I do not know any names only way I can describe is a Asian gentle men who works here who had empathy & did not discriminate anyone with a disability! OWNERS please know your laws and teach your employees. What was done today was against the law. In Nevada, under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and state law, there is no requirement for service dogs to have specific documentation, registration, or certification. Businesses and public accommodations cannot ask for proof of a service animal's status or training, nor can they require demonstration of the tasks the dog performs. Today we were asked to leave after I stated multiple times he was a service dog and the African american guy kept telling me "I don’t care, read the sign no certificate no entrance you need to leave" he did not care after I advised Simba was a diabetic alert Dog he showed zero empathy and professionalism. Not only did he made my children and me cry. He miss treated other people who were sticking up for me because of how horrible he was being to me and screaming at me and not allowing me to speak and would speak Over me and tell me to leave. What was done today was against the law and I will be reporting this to the ADA. Asking to leave the dog outside is like asking a disabled person to leave their oxygen outside. He IS NOT A PET. He is A SERVICE DOG. businesses can be sued for denying entry to someone with a service dog. Under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), it is illegal to discriminate against individuals with disabilities who use service animals. Businesses that refuse service to someone with a service animal can face fines and lawsuits. I have eye witnesses and my daughters phone caught it all. We also advised the employer of such recording which you can hear him in the video saying "I don’t care go ahead but leave no pets allowed" again. The Asian guy tried to be understanding but the African American guy was unprofessional and BROKE THE LAW! This has nothing to Do with race I specify their ethnicity only because I do not have their names. Shame ON THIS BUSINESS FOR DISCRIMINATING A DISABLED PERSON
