Daiso - Japanese Household Goods

So happy the one in Summerlin is open now so I can go to Costco right after! I was so surprised they were heavily stocked even after 2 days of grand opening with giveaway events! Due to inflation, everything is $1.75 instead of the iconic $1.25 Daiso but nevertheless, still great price for so many great products! I went around 7pm on a Sunday, an hour before they close & there was a very short checkout line. They also only have a few blind boxes left, heard they sold out of most of them after the first 2 days.

It’s a Japanese dollar store. In Summerlin. I didn’t know what to expect from this place, but it’s certainly full of cheap curiosities. Clean place with courteous staff.

I was so happy to be able to visit my favorite store on a trip to Vegas. The NV locations are smaller than the ones I’m used to visiting in CA but still had many cute items that went home with me! It’s clean, well organized, and the employees were quick / helpful. Thank you!

This establishment carries a fair amount of Japanese food and snacks. The pricing is rather cheap; some items prices need to be converted to US Dollars. You may end up buying things you did not know existed but somehow need.

Cute Japanese dollar store that I love to get cheap little trinkets and things for my kiddos. I love how clean and fully stocked it always is. However, the conversion rate listed from Japanese Yen to USD is misleading and flatout dishonest. Ex: 300 yen in the store is listed at around $5.00. In reality, it is closer to around $2.00. For that reason, I only purchase the dollar items and not anything else. It would have a 5 stars from me if it weren't for that.

This daiso is ✨AMAZING✨ Its decently sized and it has the CUTEST Disney and Sanrio items!! Dani was super helpful in helping me find everything I needed💖 Most items here are only $1.75

I love to go Daiso. 20:15 pm, Friday, May 31st , 2024. I was in Daiso. Not so many customers were there. When I was putting the things on cashier table , one female employee her name is started letter "K..." appeared and told me that the register is out of order. I saw the paper on register says " out of order" I remember, last time , same employee told me same things and I had to do check out with a self cashier. That was last minute of close I felt bad too and I did self cashier. This time too, I was going to do self cashier but I asked her if another register work? She stopped and told me finally helped me with another register for checking out. I have a big family. It is sometimes It is hard to do with self cashier. There are only 2 cashiers that not self-service. I can not believe that it was still out of order from 10 days ago? Especially, Daiso that they organized business very well. I hope that they fix the register if really the register is out of order. Some employees are so helpful from their heart and super super nice. Some don’t want to be around cashiers to help customers.
