Sharp Shop Vegas

Was excited to shop here and fix my clippers, I love their product selection and atmosphere, but don't bother if you don't have American made tools.

I often forget this resource in the daily hustle of life. DON'T!!!! If you practice barbering and need replacement blades, guards, combs or just anything related you have to remember to stop at this business!! Staff is wonderful and super helpful! Lic. Professionals get discounts!!

Alright I wanted to give myself a good 5 months with this purchase before I gave a proper review of it and Sharp Shop. 100% the decision to move from disposable to straight razor was the best one I could have made for my facial hygiene. Walking into the shop, I told them I was new to the task and they gave me options of entry level razors, the basics of what it takes to prep ones face, and how to care for the razor. I left with the 1907 you see pictured, oil for my face, shaving soap, and a strop. They did show me how to strop which was very kind and also offered services to sharpen the blades. After 5 months of shaving, stropping the blade, and becoming much more adept at shaving with this razor I can say that all the advice and care they gave to me has led to my face being less irritated, less acne, and a much more enjoyable shaving experience. I'm looking forward to stopping back in to buy a new razor that will help me expand further into straight razor shaving. Thank you to everyone at the shop for helping! If you're thinking about getting into this style of shaving and you happen to be in the Vegas area, you NEED to visit them.

Have gotten my shears & clippers sharpen here at least 3 times, No problem. I'm a cosmetologist. This last time brought in 3 pair of shears. 2 are fine my long hair cutting shears are not! They are not cutting properly at the tip,and are bending the hair. I have to cut more than once for them to cut! So looks like I'll have to go somewhere else. This business is 25+ min away,$30+ dollar per shears. Which I don't mind if it's done right. Brought them back for a redo.still the same issue. Called spoke to the wife she said maybe it's the "Hair that I'm cutting & she "knows he redid them, cant tell!" That shouldn't have anything to do with the Performance of my shears the hair type or texture! FYI white straight hair that's 90% of my cliental! She was a lil snippy & did not offer any solution! Soooooo I'll have to be done with this ma and pop business unfortunately. 🤷🏽‍♀️ I have a choice to spend my money else where and that's what I'm choosing. Yvette J.

I'm truly thankful for Roy and His wife. They are an amazing team and saved us today and fixed my machine quickly. I'm so happy that a good friend sent me to see Roy. The family atmosphere and desire to help is so hard to find these days and Roy knocked it out the park. Thank you my friend you will forever be 5 plus stars in my book!
