She gives me so much product sample and products. I’m always going to come back here whenever I’m in Las Vegas

I wish I caught it before we left but I was super thankful getting bunch of samples initially until I checked my receipt when I got home and saw I got charged an extra $15??? If I knew, I would’ve never agreed to it. I’m not sure if it was a language barrier and she asked me if I was interested in trying a sample product (for $15???) and I might’ve just agreed yes and nodded and she was quick to add to my bag and she kept throwing more stuff in and I was super thankful but then again, if I knew it would’ve been an extra $15, I would’ve just declined.

Best kept secret in Vegas. I forgot the lady's name who runs it but she is amazing and I send all my friends here because she explains anything you need or want to know about the products.

Prices are very fair and the lady running the shop is very informative and helpful! I struggle with redness and she recommended a good variety of products and even provided me some samples. Now a product she suggested to me is part of my daily routine and I am very grateful. Will definitely come back!

Lady was very nice and gave us free samples too; prices ended up being similar or cheaper compared to yesstyle or Amazon. She also spoke fluent cantonese which was nice. Would come back again!

Such a great shop! Pricing was accessible, ranging from $40 - $100+ for sets. Ivy was INCREDIBLE! She explained different products to us, their benefits, and many free samples. As first time K-beauty buyers, we’ve never felt more comfortable with a sales attendant before (had visited 2 other stores same day). Ships on orders +$100.

Absolutely love the customer service of Ivy!!!! She is the best and knows what products are best for your skin type. She has been so helpful with my skincare routine. I have tried high end products like Khiels and never got results like I did with these Korean products. Literally it is magic in every bottle. My skin is naturally glowing and dewy with no makeup. People at work are shocked to hear when I say I’m with my natural face. The prices at the store are extremely fair and worth every penny!
