Best Ulta Ive ever visited! A lot of experiences Ive had with Ulta employees haven't been phenomenal. One employee helped me find hourglass immediately after I asked and walked with me to the brand. She was very polite! Lyssandra was a cashier working and I asked her to check for the concealer shade Ive been looking for forever. She checked herself in inventory, then backstock. When she didnt find any, she had her manager double check. Everyone just seems so nice, Im so glad to be able to shop in a friendly environment (:

The staff is professional, kind, and willing to help with whatever they can! The place is clean and mostly fully stocked, which is great for finding specific products and falling in love with new ones. I've been helped countless of times with patience and explained the difference between products whenever I've had doubts. Whenever I've had to make returns (following their policy), staff has been able to help me (from matching a foundation to finding similar formulas when products get discontinued). Going to Ulta has become like self care!

Very nice experience! We were visiting from outside the country and had to purchase some items in Ultra! The staff were helpful and friendly. The cashier that checked us out was very nice and even let me have my birthday month gift right away! Will visit again next time we are in Las Cruces!

Miranda was SO helpful and truly so kind!!! She helped me match a concealer to find my shade and pointed me in the direction of a few other things I was wanting to try. Literally the nicest employee I’ve ever encountered. Give this woman a raise👏

Went in just to browse and grab a few essentials and decided to look at perfumes and was meet with Cruzito's wonderful presence he was very helpful and was able to help me find a perfume that I fell in love with! Thank you Cruzito!😁

I had done some research and thought a particular eye concealer and brow pencil would be a good addition to my makeup collection. Unfortunately, they were not working out and so I returned them today. In steps Bianca to the rescue! She was so helpful and found a few items for me to try in-store so I could compare...it made finding the right products so much easier! I couldn't be happier with the new products and her expert recommendations! Thank you!

Seriously after having issues with these people in the past from hazzelle originally ruining my hair to getting hate from the manager because angelica didnt want to work with my hair because apparently its too dark ive had highligs before ive gone blonde in the past and you are all the worse! I can’t believe this place has a 4.0 review score! I came home to a family event! I tried giving them another chance. I went in in person to scheduled an appointment with Cecy originally to do highlight touch up possibly to go lighter she set me up with Kathy as I was explaining what I wanted for my hair and explaining my past experience cecy said she and kathy were the best to work with dark hair and actually lighting it so she set the appt. I felt hopeful this time! But Later that day my appt was canceled apparently they tried calling me to reschedule bc Kathy the stylist id be with was not going to be available I had to call to make another appt my conversation with Cecy was basically me asking why I needed a test strand she literally saw my hair already highlighted all i wanted was to get touch up maybe go lighter, well I ended up scheduling the appt this time with her and my appt was today canceled again. I called and Spoke with Jennifer and was told that Cecy doesn’t want to do my hair anymore and no longer welcome there! Because they don’t feel comfortable working with dark highlighted hair well you shouldn’t have become a hairdresser in the first place worse place and people.. Never again!!
