Very kind staff, had good recommendations for what products to use and had a fast checkout experience.

The young lady working was very polite when I asked for help with advice on choosing product.

Very bad customer service …I wish I could give this 0 stars ….walked in wasn’t even greeted … didn’t ask if I needed help … this one girl with glasses gave me attitude because I apologized for walking on the floor she just mopped, went to the register to check out…she didn’t ask if I found everything okay….didnt ask for my rewards number gave me my receipt all crumbled up… I was in there for less than 2 mins worst Sally’s here In cruces

Store was neat, stocked, and well organized. It was also well lit and seemed clean. The worker greeted me when I walked in. I found the clips I needed, in a size I wanted. (I just needed a few, but Amazon only sells them in large quantity for a price I didn't want to pay. I prefer to get fewer at Sally Beauty and pay a smaller lump sum.) Parking lot was quite small and crowded.

I recently went in looking for a very specific hair dye and one of the workers I believe her name was Denae was so helpful she knew which one I was talking about right away best customer service ever will definitely be returning 🙂

Shout out to Ms.Paige M. Always above and beyond service from her. She gives out quality information on products with good advice on using them. Caring staff, organized amd clean store! Thank you for all your help and hard you do for the store!

Paige was a really good help when finding the color I need, she even suggested a new hair mask for me!
