Not only are the products absolutely phenomenal, the customer service is the best I’ve ever had. My first order came with a free lipstick (awesome), but the wrong 6 pan eyeshadow was sent. No big deal, I wrote to them to ask for the correct palette and offered to send back the wrong one. I received a response about 15 minutes after I sent the message. They had me keep the wrong palette they sent and sent me the correct one. Already amazing service. Today I received the package for my original ordered palette and to my surprise, they had included a 30 pan palette to make up for the mistake! I mean WOW, I was in complete shock. Along with the fact I had already made a second order to get brushes (so soft btw), and received ANOTHER free lipstick. This company shows in every way they care about their customers. Not to mention woman and indigenous owned! Prados has my business forever and everyone should give them a try!

Prados beauty is simply amazing. Top quality products! I absolutely love their brush sets, they are not only affordable but they’re soft and blend your makeup like a dream! I also enjoy the makeup palette, it’s full of beautiful pigmented colors, perfect for a natural or full colorful glam! They have beautiful cruelty free lashes, to fit your natural/full glam. Best makeup brushes that I have ever tried! Not going back to other brands. And lashes are not just beautiful- they are very resistant and hold up after many wears. Prices are very affordable for such lux quality. And the best thing - this indigenous owned beauty brand donates 50% of all profits to charity! That is something unheard. It's not a temporary deal - giving back is Prados main philosophy. And I love it!

I ordered a bronzer palette and the Shawdy lashes, and I am so happy with them! The bronzer gives a beautiful glow that lasts all day long, and I love that I can go from a natural bronzed look to a dramatic contour all with one product. The lashes are comfortable and so pretty, I get compliments all day when I wear them. And they stay nice and fluffy even after reusing them which is amazing, you definitely get more than your money’s worth. These products are so nice and luxurious-feeling without breaking the bank. Not to mention the packaging is gorgeous, the order arrived quickly, and the cause is wonderful. I will absolutely be ordering more products from Prados Beauty! ❤️
