Ysl y only reason I come. My fiance loves MAC and this ulta has the best selection. Love ulta but I will say I am completely tired of the girls and women that work here, acting like a man couldn't possibly know what he's talking about. I've been in skincare more than most of these women have been alive, and they really need to be more educated in the products they sell, especially at this price point. The look and change in tone when you all found out we were platinum was ridiculous. If I'm disrespected once more I'll just take my business online. Yall need your clients. We don't need you.

I called last Friday to check to see if there were any stylist available because my roots were grown out so far and I needed to feel human and beautiful again. Samantha L took the absolute best care of me. She made me feel so comfortable and did an amazing job with my cut and color, and I felt restored and renewed after my visit with her. She is a beautiful caring stylist that is so thoughtful and is incredibly talented. I will make my next appointment with her!

I went to see Flora today for a full highlight and keratin treatment. She listened to what I wanted and took the extra time to foil my hair to get the best dimension and the color results i wanted. Not only does my hair look great, she is a very kind and welcoming hairstylist. I like to have good conversation while i am getting my hair done and wow! What a very wise and gracious person. I was in a huge pinch to get my hair done before the holidays, and i was able to schedule a monday appointment on a saturday! I am over the moon impressed and I look forward to going back to see her again! Great enviroment and good vibes!

Super busy today but DJ and the staff were amazing! DJ was our scent aficionado and he was so knowledgeable and kind. Helped us pick the perfect perfumes for my mom and I. Especially with how busy they were, I appreciate how attentive he was even with the chaos that was around. Had a great experience today!

Every single employee I interacted with here was absolutely amazing. Everyone was so attentive and helpful and had the most wonderful personalities. I felt like I was treated like royalty from the moment I walked in and you can tell it is genuine. The store was also VERY clean and organized. Everything was obviously well cared for by the staff.

Had an amazing experience with Nicole I believe her name was helped me pick out makeup for my wedding swiftly an hour before. Very calming, kind and supportive just what I needed after a day of chaos it meant a lot. Got lots of compliments on my makeup. 10/10 recommend her.

I am a wonderful husband, I was sent to this store with pictures of what my wife wanted. The salesperson helped me out with no problem. Quick visit for me which is good
