Unfortunately, I have sat in the parking lot during business hours more than once and the door is locked. Either workers are late or on lunch and there’s no sign as to why the doors are locked.

Eliza was so helpful and kind, we felt very heard and were so grateful for all the info and help they provided us! We look forward to coming back and purchasing more amazing goodies! Thank you Eliza for being so wonderful and inclusive!!!

The store manager for the Kalamazoo Sally's is amazing! I had an issue with an online order and was getting no help from online customer service so she called them directly and figured everything out for me. Definitely went above and beyond!

I have gone here 3 times now and I always get a lot of very good information and very positive treatment regardless of whether or not I make a purchase. I bought some hair scissors and little woman tweezers here and the girl working that day was so sweet she didn’t try to upsell me something that I couldn’t afford and she showed a lot of empathy for another customer who was having trouble with their car outside of the shop.

Went here to get a few things and left with a horrible experience. I waited in line while staff helped others. I had no problem with that. The problem arose when while I waited I decided to look around at the stuff in the front around the counters. Mind you the stuff was DIRECTLY IN FRONT OF THE REGISTER. I DID NOT MOVE AN INCH!! A very rude (racist in my opinion) lady walks up to the counter and stands at the register opposite of me. A little while afterwards a worker comes to the register and asks who was here first. The rude lady proclaims she was there first, and I politely correct her. This encounter turns a bit aggressive, and originally I was going to ignore her response. But, it didn’t sit too well with me. I tell the lady that I didn’t mean to start any issues, and I only stated the truth. The lady then proceeds to make more rude remarks. We bicker a bit, and honestly I am sorry for making it awkward for the worker. The problem arose when I walk away. The employee says sorry to the rude lady instead of me when the rude lady was the aggressor even to the point of YELLING at me! I felt very unwelcomed and will never come back.

Eliza was absolutely AMAZING she was so helpful, she greeted me right away and helped me pick my colors. Genuinely so kind.

The older guy (cashier) that works on drake need a little customer service training. He was a little rude on the way he answered the questions that I had and was not very helpful. I always shop here and everyone has been attentive and nice except this cashier. Management need to be aware of this. Also nothing was in stock.
