I had an excellent experience at Kali Beauty thanks to the young man who assisted me. He was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely attentive to what I was looking for. He took the time to explain products clearly, made thoughtful recommendations, and never rushed or pressured me. What stood out most was his professionalism and positive attitude. He made the experience pleasant and stress-free. Customer service like that makes a difference and keeps people coming back. Kali Beauty is lucky to have him, and I’ll definitely be returning.

This is the hair store to go to in Kalamazoo! You’ll find anything you’re looking for wether that’s stuff to dye and bleach or hair 💇🏽‍♀️ The jewelry is cheap but don’t let that fool you, the quality is amazing, they’ve lasted longer than I thought! I haven’t been apart of the discount program and regardless I still have gotten amazing deals. The owners are genuinely so sweet and helpful, friendly to all walks of life 🙂

Traveled from Battle Creek to visit the store, I've ran in and out before byt today I had a chance to really look around. A lot of good items, just wish they had for Human curly wig options

My DIL loves this store. So I went there to get a gift card for her Cosmetology School graduation. In 2025 who doesn't do gift cards?! This store doesn't. WTH?
