The staff is always excellent!! They always help to direct me to what I need and allow my daughter to ask questions without feeling as if I am dumb! My daughter is fairly new to makeup, and while I try to answer her questions, the staff always does an amazingly better job than I do!! I trust these women thoroughly with their makeup advice! It does not matter how busy it is, the staff is always so happy to help and will always make you feel welcome! Everyone is welcome here!! ALL employees are amazing, so I cannot give one credit over another!! Would recommend this place to anyone!!

So as soon as I entered the door, Journey greeted me and was so super helpful. She knew every product I was looking for and even had some suggestive sales that she sold me on. I just had microdermabrasion don’t on Thursday and am starting to peel really bad and was very self conscious. She knew every product that would work best with my skin type! She was so personable and helpful! There was another lady I never got her name that was also very helpful, even the lady at the register was so kind and helpful. 10/10 will go back there for certain products over Ulta!

So happy with my experience today! I asked for a lip liner that was similar to a Pinterest picture and the employee that helped me took his time to swatch so many lip liners all over the store until we found the perfect one. I got home and it’s an absolute perfect match! Feeling so happy that the employee took the time to find the exact color I was looking for!

Employee was extremely rude & dismissive then tried to bad mouth me to her manager in front of me when she saw her manager helping me instead. She even tried to lie and say she never spoke to me to avoid accountability while still holding the product I brought in to exchange in her hand. A quick shade exchange turned into a 30 minute ordeal. I’m extremely disappointed because I disrupted my work schedule to come in at a time when it wouldn’t be busy and it was still a circus. Avoid this location if at all possible.

This Sephora is amazing! Everyone is so helpful!!! I have found some great products that I would have never known existed had they not been so helpful. From helping me match foundation and concealer to finding a gentle face washe and facial lotion to helping me set my makeup, refresh it, and sparkle! This is now my go to store for all my needs! I will be forever grateful! Thank you!!!!

I enjoyed my visit here, and got exactly what I was looking for, plus a bonus item. The staff took great care to help me, lead me right to the brand of toner I was there for. When I randomly remembered I needed mascara as well, a staff member took me right to the brands I love there too! Thank you Savvy and other wonderful staff member who helped me in a quick and efficient manner. This was a lovely trip.

I wasn’t prepared for the AMAZING EXPERIENCE I encountered, the staff was great and really helpful, my daughter was happy, and I even got a free gift for my bday 😍 right on time ! Yeah!!!
