McKenzie is my go to stylist and she has always done a great job. I am constantly getting compliments on my hair and have strangers asking me who does my hair which happened again tonight prompting me to give a shout out to McKenzie on the Ulta site. I am appalled to see such a negative and hateful review from Angel Serna. This is a prior employee that I have witnessed harassing multiple employees at Ulta while I was getting my hair done. Not sure if he was fired or quit but am glad to not witness his ugly and negative attitude anymore when I go. It is very sad that he feels the need to still harass the employees that are still there. What a hateful person and I hope everyone reading reviews can read between the lines and realize how great McKenzie and the other stylists at Ulta are. If you were that great Angel, you wouldn’t have to sing your own praises. Concentrate on becoming a better person and stylist and move on.

Dear Ulta Management, I am writing to share my recent disappointing experience at your Humble location. My visit was notably unpleasant, diverging significantly from my usual positive interactions with Ulta. Upon seeking assistance, an employee informed me she was "off the clock" without offering to direct me to an available colleague. Subsequently, the cashier at checkout exhibited a noticeably unhelpful and moody demeanor. As a loyal customer who typically enjoys shopping at Ulta, the lack of professional service I encountered on this occasion was particularly regrettable. Had an amazing experience at this Ulta Beauty! My friend and i were looking for some new perfumes for Christmas and we were helped by Ms. Maya! She was very helpful and quickly gave us recommendations on which fragrances we should get based on our preferences! We really appreciated her help! This store was also very clean and nicely stocked.

I want apologize to Ms. Latanya. Im just now writing this review I been ripping and running since. I want to tell the world and Ulta Beauty how awesome and very helpful you were on 12/9/2025. That day was stressful 😫 for me because it was my daughter's birthday. I wanted to do the right and best thing to make her birthday special. Ms. Latanya said that I get 20% off my purchase if I apply for a card I didn't want to do it because I already knew that I was going to be denied. But Ms. Latanya gave me hope and the confidence to do it to try. I was really afraid. So, I tried it and got approved didn't have use any of my money that day. I stopped by the Humble Ulta location looking for a foundation and I can never find the right color. Kaitlin the sales rep helped me find the perfect match and was super nice throughout the whole process. Definitely will be coming back. Thank you Ulta! 🤍

Tori did an amazing job! She was very helpful & friendly. Knowledgeable on products, she helped me pick out products for a skin care routine. Great customer service!
