I love everything about Willow Creek. The tea and spices are out of this world. It is always my go to for birthday and Christmas gifts. They sell the cutest jewelry and trinkets as well. I lost my voice and Deb the owner recommended me one of her special tea blends and my voice came back that day. Amazing spot.

One of the most fabulous hidden gems in Downtown Grand Junction, Colorado is Willow Creek Tea's. They have specialty tea blends, unique herbs, interesting spices, hand made jewelry, delicious smelling soaps, fun greeting cards, local art, hand thrown cups, intriguing stickers, and so much more! One could spend hours just looking at everything before making the difficult choice of what to purchase. The staff is extremely friendly, kind and very patient with questions about what goes into the myriad of health conscious concoctions they have created. Love, love, love, love this place! It is a must-see when visiting our beautiful downtown!

Some of the staff needs to work on their people skills. They need to know that not all their customers are tea connoisseurs. They could use a modicum of patience, and a smile when explaining teas to customers, as opposed to an impatient look and a short manner. I came downtown, out of my way, paid to park, walk down to the store, just to go to their store. Then I find out they didn’t have two out of three things that I hoped that they would have. She provided various reasons for the lack of items. She impatiently showed me alternative teas, only after I asked. She quickly fired off names of teas, which ones have caffeine which ones don’t. I didn’t catch much of it. I reluctantly asked her to clarify. I felt as though I was inconveniencing her. Maybe she assumed I was mad, I was a little disappointed by my waste of time. But ultimately I was more unhappy when I left due to her demeanor. I felt like I was keeping her from her other work. We have shopped for various items here before, I think I’ll check elsewhere in the future.

This is the shop of awesomeness! If you haven't been here, you deserve to be, treat yourself. The only place for the best teas, herbs, spices and really cool stuff you won't find anywhere else. Super friendly staff and always something new and fun to look at. So much amazing stuff! Could not recommend it more! Vera and Diggby loved the stuff they bought, bunny rabbit approved!
