Kohl's

The clothing at this Kohls is so disorganized I had to leave. The pants are sorted by type - so all the jeans of a brand are mixed together with no regard to style or fade. The sizes dont match the hanger, so unless you have hours to sift through, it is impossible to find anything. The slacks are not any better. They just putball the black pantsnon a rack. I left feeling so frustrated. I don't usually shop at Kohls, but thought I would give it a try again. I will not be shopping here for clothing in the future. I gave 2 stars instead of one as I have had success with household items here.

I use to love shopping at Kohl’s in Grand junction. But lately i fine that Kohl’s is super unorganized. The shoe dept is always a mess. I can’t even find the correct shoe in the right section. I really do hope that management does something about it. Other than that i think i would only go into Kohl’s just to shop at Sephora they seem to have a pretty clean area and are always so friendly. I think for right now online shopping it is for me.

Clean and sanitized environment the services where good the employees are nice helpful and positive and they have the store looking amazing stocked and helpful and the prices are usually awesome Definitely recommend on stopping by

The absolute worst experience with cashier. Tried using self checkout received my rewards plus 30% off using kohls card, but I only had a virtual card so had to cancel purchase and go to a cashier. First thing my phone number was incorrect and the cashier refused to start over to put in correct phone number. Then she suspended sale and moved to a different register and again the phone number was incorrect. So I didn’t get any of my rewards and I didn’t get the 30% off for using my card. The cashier kept saying I needed a coupon. If she would have let me put in the correct phone number all of that would have came up as it did in self checkout. Cashier was horrible!!!! I finally got frustrated ripped up my rewards and walked out. No wonder this store is always empty. No wonder everyone is ordering online now!!!

I love the New Sephora makeup area, I have mature skin and Robyn C and Serena worked with me to find the right foundation and concealer to match my skin tone, their knowledge and kindness impressed me so much, also the selection of products is wonderful because you can mix and match to what works for you.

Shoe department is ALWAYS a disaster. I stopped in today to buy shoes for a new job. It's summer so I was in sandals. I asked an associate if they had any of those disposable booties, I had looked and found none. She was very kind and went to check the back for me. But nope, they don't have them anymore. I had to literally buy a package of socks to be able to try on shoes, that was after having to over-search for my size/brand because the whole department is a wreck.

The music in the store was all anti-american. Moreover, they wouldn't allow my dog inside. If he's not welcome, neither am I.
