I usually love this store but yesterday I felt very profiled and stalked. I don't steal and the workers kept making me feel like they thought I was. So I ignored it and kept shopping....mind you im carrying my infant son, there was a shopping cart outside the door as I am carrying my child in, stopped and put my son in the cart and entered the store. Im smelling different fragrances and no one told me then and I go towards the makeup and I get stopped by a other worker saying we can hold your stuff at the register but we're not allowed to have carts in the store and walked away. Like really? How helpful. So I put my stuff down and walked out. That was not a very positive experience.

I had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had at this Ulta location today. I was being helped by a cashier named Amelia, and from the moment I walked up, she seemed irritated and dismissive. When I politely asked about the free gift that comes with a fragrance purchase, her attitude immediately escalated. Amelia proceeded to dump all of my products out onto the counter in a very rude and unprofessional way, as if I had asked for something unreasonable. She then told me that I would either have to refund my entire purchase or pay $65 for the "free" gift, which made absolutely no sense. The whole interaction felt hostile, and instead of helping me understand the promotion, she acted like I was inconveniencing her. To make things worse, she ended up charging me extra, which felt avoidable and completely unnecessary. By the time I left, I felt embarrassed, frustrated, and honestly shocked that this was considered acceptable customer service. I’ve always enjoyed Ulta, but this experience left a really bad impression. I hope management addresses this, because no customer should be treated that way.

Best stocked Ulta I have ever been too. Largest selection of brands. Notably I went in 10 min before closing (emergency product run while traveling!) and they did not bat an eye. I had great service and found what I needed.

Shopped this Ulta yesterday and met the kindest cashier, Kaitlin! She really brightened my day and had an answer for all my questions. She helped me pick out the perfect budget friendly mascara and told me about upcoming sales and promotions. Can’t wait to get more beauty tips from her!

Purchased a sunscreen that was too fair for my skin, went back 30 minutes later to try to return it for the proper one and was treated horrible! Was asked "where is the receipt you emailed yourself?" By the girl at the register after she looked completely annoyed and bothered by me. Luckily, I spoke to Malik who is one of the managers and he was so sweet and apologetic. I have been going to Ulta for many years and this is very disappointing.

I went into Ulta planning to grab just one item, and thanks to Yarela’s amazing help, I walked out with many more products that I absolutely love! She was friendly, knowledgeable, and made great recommendations without being pushy. She really listened to what I was looking for and introduced me to products I didn’t even know I needed. I left feeling excited about everything I purchased, and I’ll definitely be coming back to shop with her again. Thank you, Yarela, for turning a quick stop into such a fun and satisfying shopping trip!

Have been a customer for years. I found a makeup product in a magazine ad I wanted to try. I looked through the section where I should have been able to find the product. I went to the counter and asked for assistance. Apparently, that was an inconvenience and was told, "it should be over there." I again, attempted to find the product on my own. Second trip to the counter to ask again, after looking on the handheld device and was told they have it in stock and it should be over there. I explained I wasn't sure what I was looking for - a box, or compact or ? A second employee than assisted me in finding the product but it was a big inconvenience to her as well. I got the impression they could care less whether I purchased anything or not. Next time, I'll order from Amazon and skip the local store since the employees don't seem to care whether they make a sale or not and don't mind becoming unemployed by their lack of customer service skills.
