Brianna was amazing! She helped me with everything I needed and made the whole experience so easy. She’s empathetic, genuinely cares about customers, and offered great suggestions—I ended up buying a few of her recommendations and can’t wait to try them.

Robyn is wonderful. I remembered her from when she used to work at the JCPenny store and I loved her there. I needed a few "staples" and just like the service I received in the past, Robyn was just as friendly, professional and as helpful as I remembered. Awesome service here!

We drove and hour to redeem the $98 sampler set coupon and when we got there they didn’t want to redeem it just because it’s a Kohl’s Sephora it’s kinda dumb and my son was very upset so was I it’s stupid that they won’t redeem it and they called the store Sephora when the coupons clearly says Sephora!

They were so rude to me. I spent over $400 on perfume and the older woman that works there acted like such a jerk. I just asked which register to pay at, and she answered very rude, you have to pay here! I think she is the supervisor, and as such she should have much better customer service skills.

Robyn consistently demonstrates kindness and support whenever I come in. She genuinely prioritizes addressing my concerns and goes above and beyond to ensure that every customer receives her undivided attention, despite being busy. Her dedication to providing excellent service is truly commendable. I look forward to returning.

The girls there are fantastic! Specifically Robin, she was so helpful and pleasant, she really aided in a wonderful experience. She had great knowledge of each of the products and was so patient with my already awareness of all the products, she spoke to me like we were friends chatting about makeup. She was helpful to my mother as well who really liked her, she wanted to invite her to the wedding we were there for. Overall a great experience, you really have great employees at this location.
