Well this is what you get when you get rid of your best employees. Store doesn’t open on time store opens at 8 it’s now 8:30 have a business to run can get any product. Shameful!!

I went to pick up some supplies from this store. Checked their hours online and said they were open. I went to the store, a sign on the door said they are open 10/21 from 8am-4pm. Well… it’s 10:06am and the door is locked lights out…. Don’t both driving here they probably won’t even be open.

I was at this cosmo prof weekly when Lori and Brandi ran the store. They were AMAZING at what they did…so helpful and accommodating when it came to retail and just overall customer service. Then they were let go for protecting themselves and the store from theft. The level of disappointment and disgust I have for how this company treated them is unspeakable. Now when I need to get product the store is barely open, the hours listed are very unreliable, and the customer service is just not the same. I am taking my business to salon centric going forward.

I will never shop a for this company again. They let go of the two best employees they ever had. Just for defending their store. Lori and Brandi always made you feel like family as soon as you walk in. This company’s values are screwed up. You should take care of your employees . I’m just glad that SalonCentric carries my color line now. I rather drive further out to get my stuff than to come to this company again. This place are not worth my money.

I would love to say I love the store, but Kelly has the ultimate WORST customer service and not really sure why she is there, brings very bad energy into the store. She is very ignorant. While I was in their she made multiple comments ones that were racist, ones that were inconsiderate judgmental comments to myself and other customers. She had a "friend" linger around the store making her "too busy" to help any customers. I also was waiting in line for a while until she finally came up and asked me to let someone else who just walked in go. I honestly wanted to put my things back multiple times because of the uncomfortable hostile comments that she had made. I will definitely not come in anymore to do my business there. I will complain to every manager, HR, and business owner. Kelly needs to be let go.

This company fired two honest, hardworking employees for trying to stop someone from stealing THOUSANDS of dollars worth of merchandise. The two people that are enthusiastic about the products and always provide helpful advice and recommendations. We won’t be patronizing Cosmoprof anymore. Good luck keeping business. Dundalk is a small town and word of mouth spreads fast. Just saying.

Walmart treats customers better than this, came in a couple weeks ago and I'm still irritated with my experience, decided to share it and move on. The girl had minimal response when asked her opinion, seemed to only be there to roll her eyes (has like a copper orange red hair going on? not sure if that's intentional?) Anyhow the woman working was awful, doesn't know the product and clearly is very confused about how to go about treating people, customer or not I don't need to be treated this way. I will not shop here, I can go online for my needs, I like shopping in store to support business but I have a ton more options, my money and business will not be in such an awful store. Never again.
