Sally's products, ok. People they hire, unprofessional. Walked in to grab something small and overheard a conversation between the manager and another worker discussing how another employees emotions aren't fit for the work place. Despite both of these women openly gossiping about an employee ON THE FLOOR, ON SPEAKER. I'd be more worried about the grown women having a gossip sesh in front of customers and cut my losses if I was her. Soooo unprofessional and unclassy.

Some people just shouldn’t work with the public and India is a perfect example. She has no basic customer service skills and is extremely rude. She treated everyone as if they were a bother the whole time. I still treated her with kindness even though she was so rude and unprofessional.

Good selection, knowledgeable staff. Found some good items in the clearance section.

Great service from the manager Helen. Everything was easy to find, she was so happy and fine with helping out, and she made everything enjoyable. Great store with great staff.

I've been going here for years now and I love it. They always have what I need, the staff is always friendly and welcoming. The prices aren't bad and they always have some kind of sale going on. The Sally's card is also totally worth it, you save money every time you shop!

I don't know if sallys is the kind of company that shows their employees appreciation but i hope so. Merina at the dundalk location is absolutely amazing. Not only is she polite and inviting the moment you step in the door, she is knowledgeable on the products sold in the store. Not only did she sell me a few thing i needed my first visit she recommended a few more products then what i usually purchase or honestly even look for. But the most important part to me that shows me what type of employee she is was the genuine care she had for the big bleach boo boo i made. I called in a bit frantic to see if an employee could recommend products for me to use to stop the really bad breakage and hair loss i am going through due to burning my hair to a gummy state with bleach. She reassured me over the phone that there were a few products that could treat this issue and help prevent the worst case scenario (me being bald). But that's not all i rushed to the store to go look through some of these products. She had them all pulled out and set aside for me. Now come on that is going way above and beyond her job requirement. Sallys when i tell you that this young lady deserves recognition for this i 100% mean it. If you need proof this is a real review or situation i can provide you with the customer number i used where you can see the excessive amount of products i have gotten there from this young lady in the last 3 days!!!!! I will be checking in to see if this review was shared with this young lady. Please do right Sally's she deserves it.
