More than 20 minutes to a associate came to open a class for a similac advance milk ask to more than 3 person and no one have the key to open and managers past on mi side side some one come shoeless to help you past 8 min last photo the man finally stop doing his job to help me Thk 29 min past to get a milk. 7 minute waiting the lady on the phone acting nasty and un profesional I ask for the milk and she put actitud this is the Walmart associate plz I came to Walmart al 8:45am is 9:20 am and still on line

Ordered tires for pick up. The lady in the auto department is the rudest person I’ve dealt with in a long time. She has no customer service skills at all. She started helping me, in the middle she started helping another person and told me I had to wait. I complained and she told me that’s how it is. She then went to help the next customer, a woman who didn’t barely speak English, and she took her hand and shook it in the woman’s face. I will not be back to this Walmart

Not a single person in the newly tooled self-checkout area for members only. Apparently, it costs money to checkout now. The human cashier's were all 3 to 4 customer interactions deep. It was nice that there was a good staffing for it but when I only have one item, I'm irritated that I have to now pay for convenience that was once freely afforded.

Overall, my experience with Walmart has been disappointing. When I order delivery, I often receive items that are expired, rotten, or even opened, which is frustrating and unacceptable. In-store experiences aren’t much better,employees generally aren’t very helpful and often seem bothered when asked questions. The stores are usually very busy, and Super Walmarts can be difficult to navigate, making it hard to find items. The Scan & Go feature is especially disappointing; there’s usually only one machine working, and the line ends up being just as long as the regular checkout, making it pointless. I already paid for the membership and will keep it until it expires, but based on my experience, it’s definitely not worth the cost. Unfortunately, Walmart has not met my expectations in terms of convenience, service, or quality.

So I just left this Walmart my first time visiting it. There is an older woman or register 6… sitting on a stool unable to stand. Her line was 15 items or less so we counted our items and we had 16 items. We asked if that was ok she rolled her eyes and said no I can’t help you. We walked away and I told my boyfriend should have just said we had 15. I was not even talking to her and she responds I would have you to get out my line. She’s then continued to yell at us from three lines over. Please fire this woman. Worst customer service I have ever received in my life. Rude , ignorant, clearly wanted to start an altercation. The store manager was lovely and took my complaint.

This store may be marginally better than the store in Nottingham. The only reason to go is for the prices. The products are the same as you can get from other retailers, but the prices are pretty good. Of course, with the economy being the disaster that it is, the price of retail goods is highly important. This store not highly recommended, but it is what one could expect from Walmart in this geographical area.

This place feels like a small city that never fully wakes up, where you can buy almost anything yet still walk out slightly tired for no clear reason. Some aisles make life easy, others test your patience, especially when time matters. It does the job, not with charm, but with sheer persistence, and that’s enough most days.
