I am a crossdresser and have always struggled with wigs. I contacted Freda about my needs and we set up a time for me to shop. She spent close to two hours helping me out with different wigs. Finding one that was comfortable and properly styled I no longer struggle with my wig. Wonderful experience and customer service.

I cannot say enough nice things about this establishment. Picture it - the crazy time between Christmas and New Year when places are closed and shipping is a crap shoot... These guys got me a very specific combo of products in record time! I found my new favorite go-to! Happy New Year and THANK YOU!!!

Do NOT buy from this retailer. I purchased the redken frizz dismiss shampoo and they sent me a VERY expired bottle. I noticed the smell was off and the packaging was different. I asked a hair professional friend who said she believed it was very expired. I did some research and saw that the shampoo was last produced in this bottle and with this formula early 2021 … and they sold it to me in 2026. The shampoo has a 12 month listed expiration date on it as well. It does not lather at all. When I let them know this they refused to let me return the shampoo - and mind you this was $20 out of the $90 total I spent with them. I would advise no one to purchase from this company as this is an outright scam selling me 5 year expired shampoo and telling me they refuse to do anything about it.

UPDATE: Danbury customer service made this right. They refunded my money for the extra Cafe au lait sent in error and I received the Platinum Ice that I reordered with no problem. I changed my 2 stars review to 5 stars for their great customer service making it right!! Thank you and I will order from them again. Previous Review: 2 Stars for getting my order half right. I order two different colors of redken shades toners 1 Platinum Ice and 1 Cafe au lait, when I received my order they were both the Cafe au lait shade. Dissapointing I had to reorder the Platinum Ice toner.

I was diagnosed with lung cancer recently and told I may be losing my hair, so went to Danbury Beauty for assistance. Daniella was so kind and knowledgable. She answered all my questions, helped me try on wigs, and patiently explained the many aspects of buying a wig. I definitely benefitted from her excellent care, thrilled to have found the perfect wig after having looked online and at other area wig shops. The shop itself was spotless, attractively decorated, and well stocked. I encourage anyone in my situation -- or if you just are in the market to buy a wig -- to check out Danbury Beauty.
