The cutest store, the staff is so friendly and welcoming, there are testers of items you can try before buying, and their face mask selection is amazing!

I came here not knowing if what I needed was going to be an item that they carried but it was (yay). I think the price points for items they carry are a little, tiny bit more than what you might see elsewhere, but there is the added benefit of getting to test out the products before you buy (& pretty much everything had a tester). I included some pics of their selections so others could see what they have (I had a hard time figuring out what they carried in-store before going). Will definitely come again

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Choc Choc! As someone with notoriously sensitive skin, and as someone whose eyes were opened at how K Beauty could solve all my problems (it has!!! This is the best my skin has ever been), I was thrilled to find out there is an entire store dedicated to it in Chicago! Layout is very cute, they even have awesome shirts! Customer service was thorough as well with any questions I had 😀

This is one of my favorite skin care stores. The lovely people here are so sweet and beyond easy to talk to! Okay been a min since I been and I been sending people here all month! Everyone comes to me loving it. These loves are killing it

I’m a loyal customer of Choc Choc and have always enjoyed visiting the store to purchase my skincare products. It’s where I regularly buy my facial cleansers and moisturizers, including the Dr. Althea moisturizer I use daily. When I visited the store today to restock, I was informed that the Dr. Althea moisturizer was sold out and would not be available for another week or two. While I completely understand that product shortages can happen, I was surprised that no alternative options were suggested by the staff. Since I rely on this product for my daily skincare routine, being without it for an extended period creates a challenge for me. I also asked if there were any moisturizer samples available to use in the meantime and was told there were none. I understand that inventory and samples may be limited, but I felt there was little effort made to help me find a temporary solution. As a customer who chooses to support your small business—rather than purchasing online or through larger retailers—I had hoped for a bit more assistance, especially after mentioning that my skin has been irritated since I ran out of the moisturizer. I’m sharing this feedback not as a complaint, but as a suggestion to ensure a better experience for future customers. A small gesture of help or recommendation can make a meaningful difference and strengthen customer loyalty.

This was my first time going into Choc Choc and it was AMAZING! Nic was so helpful during my visit and listened to all of my skin concerns, then gave me options for what steps to add into my routine. Nic was super knowledgable about brands and ingredients and helped to narrow down my options on the shelf. I am so excited to get into Korean skincare and will definitely be back!!

I had a really great experience at Choc Choc. I've been trying to find skincare that isn't so hard on my skin, and I finally found what I've been looking for. Ally helped me out and picked out a few things for me and so far they're easy on my skin and and seem to be working! Ally was so kind and explained each step I should be using and it made my experience that much better.
