I’m not giving 5 stars to the location but I would love to give a shoutout to José. José was super personable and kind when assisting me with some skin care recommendations. This is the closest location to me and most of the time I dread coming in due to the constant monitoring and rude employees. Shoutout to José for being helpful and a pleasure to chat with! Thank you for the lovely recommendations!

I had my first beauty service with Colleen. I booked a blowout and she was sweet and understood my hair needs. I loved my results! I think the scheduling system needs to be improved. I waited over 15 minutes for my turn although I arrived in time. The client after me arrived while I was still getting serviced. I don’t think it benefits anyone.

I had such a wonderful experience at Ulta thanks to Gissel! She was incredibly helpful, patient, and friendly, taking the time to answer all my questions and make sure I found exactly what I needed. Her energy and knowledge made the visit so enjoyable, it felt like shopping with a friend who really cares. I was super impressed and I genuinely hope I get to see her every time I come in!

I went into Ulta, not knowing what makeup I needed for my skin or what to buy. All the workers were nice and friendly, but Jose really helped me find what I needed because I'm trying to get into makeup. He helped me find a routine for myself and, most importantly, the right skin tone for my foundation, which I didn't know. Girls, if you're around the area, stop by and ask for Jose, he's such an amazing person.

I am writing a review to complaint regarding an experience my wife and I had today at your store involving the manager, Kirsten. We came in to return an item that was purchased online. One of the employees began helping us with the return and asked the manager for assistance. At that point, Kirsten refused to complete the return, stating that the system would not allow it. I found this explanation very strange, as we have successfully completed online returns in the same way at your store in the past. Instead of offering a solution, Kirsten told us to either come back tomorrow or go to a different location. This was frustrating and inconvenient, especially since we were already in the store and another employee was actively helping us. I am disappointed with how this situation was handled and would appreciate clarification on your return policy for online purchases, as well as a review of how this interaction was managed.

Yesterday I visited Ulta and had such a wonderful experience that I feel it deserves recognition. I started by making a return through their "Happy Returns" service. The manager, Camille, immediately asked about my past experiences and I shared that I had an issue with a prior return months ago. She was empathetic, genuinely cared about making it right, and even offered me a goody bag, which was such a thoughtful gesture. I also mentioned that I had a long list of wedding purchases, and she went above and beyond by helping me locate every single item, even heading to the back to retrieve products that weren’t on the shelves. As I continued shopping, I was assisted by Jose, who was absolutely outstanding. He patiently helped me shade-match a foundation, showed me how to apply it, recommended the right tools, and even gave honest feedback about what I had in my basket, swapping a few items for better options that suited my needs. His knowledge and sense of humor made the entire experience enjoyable and stress-free. My sister also joined me on my trip and was equally impressed. We suggested he become a make-up artist!! Every associate I interacted with from the security guard to the cashier, Camille, and Jose brought positive energy and genuine kindness. I honestly can say this was the BEST shopping experience I’ve ever had at a makeup store, and it made my wedding prep so much easier and more fun. Thank you, Ulta team, for all your help!! I walked into the store thinking I knew it all… turns out I did not lol. Thankfully, Sydney came to the rescue! She was super polite, patient, and actually took the time to help me out. Not only did she perfectly shade match me for a new foundation, but she also taught me more about proper skin prep and helped me pick out everything I needed for a flawless base. Most Ultas don’t go the extra mile like that anymore, so it was refreshing to get real help from someone who clearly loves what they do. Thank you, Sydney 🩷
