⭐️☆☆☆☆ (1 star) Extremely disappointing experience at Chanel Chicago. The staff was outright rude and dismissive from the moment I walked in. My requests were ignored, and I was made to feel unwelcome. Ironically, the attitude only shifted after they realized I was a VIP which says everything about how they treat customers they don’t immediately profile as "worthy."

Miguel was extraordinary. He didn't make me wait even a second after walking into the store before helping me with my purse repair. He was kind, professional, and very informative. He made the process easy and comfortable. My purse was dropped off due to a missing screw in the buckle. It was shipped back to me within the quoted length of time and in perfect condition. I cannot thank Miguel and Chanel on Oak Street enough.

Service was great everyone was friendly and welcoming. My SA, Ryan 7797, went above and beyond for me giving me every price, every bag, all the time I needed, and some champagne. I highly recommend calling and asking for him in advance if you want a pleasurable shopping experience.

I visited the Chanel store on 65 E Oak St. and the staff & store were both lovely and attentive. My wonderful SA, Maple Xie, provided incredible service and care. Since then, I continue to be in contact with Maple and she has been just as wonderful when I reach out remotely as she was in store. Maple is diligent, organized, and always helpful with any of my collection needs. Thank you Maple for all you do!

I recently purchased a pair of earrings from here. I did this purchase online through a fashion advisor named Maple. This process was went smooth. I received information about the earnings I was interested in purchasing as well as a couple bags I was interested in. Maple was very responsive and got me answers to all my questions. The experience even though it was online still felt like what I would expect in the boutique. I will likely do future purchases online as well to still get that customer service from the comfort of my home.
