One of the most unprofessional responses I’ve ever received and will not go back or recommend to anyone. I had my hair touched up (roots had grown out) & colored. Same coloring pattern already sectioned, just wanted to go darker in the same color family & tone the blonde cooler. First wash at home after about 4 days: MAJOR UNEVEN BLEED of color into the blonde. Used color safe products and ice cold water. Sent a message to the stylist, hey I need the blonde touched up before vacation where photos will be taken. (Got a response blaming me for the products I used since "it didn’t bleed in the bowl when I washed you." Also stylist was on vacation (commission) and could "get me booked with another stylist" for charge of service rather than her being able to fix the mistake herself. I called the salon & asked for the owner, was told she had just left wouldn’t be in until Monday. Notice, I didn’t ask for the owner to fix the service herself, I asked simply for her to give me a call. The stylist continued to message me & I took it as chastising me for contacting the salon because "I didn’t respond to her messages" in order to get a solution, not true. Important things to note, I have a job that doesn’t have me leave until 5/5:30 Monday-Friday. The original service was performed the Saturday before & due to maintenance/ care for color I waited to wash as late as I could to maintain the vivid color & prevent fading (Thursday). I called again Saturday, because again no solution was decided on. The "assistant owner" as the owner wouldn’t be back in salon until Monday, gave me a call. She let me know that she was answering FROM THE HOSPITAL as a family member was not doing well. (At that point, communicate that I’m so sorry. I know that you have been trying to communicate with the salon however due to personal matters I am unable to handle this at the moment. I will have the owner give you a call.) The assistant owner proceeded to navigate the issue, her choice, & then tell me that no commission stylist would be able to correct the problem. All the independent stylists would require a charge. Got it, prepared to pay it and talk to the owner to get it resolved. End of the day, stylists deserve to be paid but YOU OWN THE SALON a client should ultimately not have to pay for a salon’s mistake/ issue. "I know we offered this solution. All our stylist books are full for today." So now I’m still left with the issue, no communication from the actual owner, the assistant attempted to emotionally guilt me because rather than communicating that there was a sensitive situation attempted to resolve the situation. I ended up going to another salon, another stylist (who has worked on my hair before.) not only was my hair discolored, it was severely DAMAGED! Using professional salon grade products, the color from the initial service (which at this point was done a week prior) was still running in the wash bowl! The cuticle was wide open & my hair porosity was a sponge. The strength of the strand was incredibly weak. She was able to solve the color issue and maintain the integrity of my hair so that it would not fall out. My hair smelled like the hair dye so strongly that no shampoo or any other beauty product I use could even mask it. My shower water looked like it was running with fresh blood from the amount of red color leaving my hair just with water touching it. Get this… I have still not had any communication from the salon. NONE. So now, a $200 service damaged my hair (which I chose to tip cash on top of that because I did like the color before I left the salon, knowing she was commission based ), a seriously unprofessional response to an issue from a salon/owner/stylist, & an approximately $100 service for color correction that I had to pay ANOTHER salon, ANOTHER STYLIST, & I’m still dealing w/ color from my hair running in my water of my shower & transferring onto my towels. It has been 3-4 week since the initial service. In summary: out $300, damaged hair, no accountability from the owner. Save your money!

Brooke is incredibly talented. She gave me the best haircut I’ve had in several years! Brooke fixed my face framing layers that were done incorrectly at another salon, now they’re perfect. She was patient, kind and didn’t rush thru our appointment. I’ve already booked my next trim!

She did it again. Brooke Chadwick thank you so much. The only place and hair dresser I trust. First time she did my hair was 2017 8 years ago. She still awesome . I would have given 5 star if I got the color I wanted, but that would have to wait. Pic on the left was 8 years ago Pic on the right 2025

Danny was so awesome and sweet. She dyed and styled my hair yesterday for Valentine’s Day. My date wouldn’t stop talking about how much he liked my hair. ♥️ Also the prices are excellent. I was planning on it to being way more expensive. I had an amazing experience and will definitely be back whenever I need any kind of hair service!
