Absolutely incredible experience every time I visit. The space is spotless, relaxing, and thoughtfully designed with everything from the lighting to the temperature settings making it easy to fully unwind. The staff is friendly, professional, and genuinely care about your comfort and overall wellness. The cold plunge and sauna combo are perfectly balanced and leave you feeling recharged and clear headed. Whether it’s recovery, stress relief, or just a reset after a long week, Sisu Sauna Studio is easily one of the best wellness spots in the city. Highly recommend.

They have great facilities here! Very modern relaxing vibe. The shower has Q-tips, makeup wipes, a blow-dryer among other toiletries. Their infrared sauna pods are nice and cozy that fit 1-2 people. Pretty cool for a couple. They also have larger ones to accommodate groups. I'd recommend using the Bluetooth speakers connected inside the pod to play some nice mood fitting music, it enhances the feeling of being in a warm cocoon. Other thoughtful features that were inside; magnetic phone holder, cup / water bottle holders and even a foot heater. The cold plunge tub looked super cool but I opted to skip it. I had a great time and am really appreciate of how friendly and helpful Devin was, through sharing info about the facilities, parking and the neighborhood with me. It was a wonderful experience and I'd recommend this place!

What a wonderful find! Visiting from Atlanta and this seemed like a good option for a rainy afternoon. It far exceeded any expectations! Alisha took excellent care of us. Definitely recommend the cold plunge a couple of times during your hour long visit! This will be a regular stop every time we come to Chattanooga.

Fun experience. Definitely coming again. Understaffed and busy, but still not bad. Cold plunge set to 42, heard that's a bit cold for beginners but it was fun and a true test of willpower. Sauna pods were nice. Can see coming once a week as a good self care program.

This was our first time experiencing a cold plunge and the sauna pods, and it was amazing. I like that you can adjust how much of your body is covered by the pod as opposed to being in a traditional sauna. The cold plunge left us feeling amazing, and the atmosphere was inviting and well designed. We pretty much did a walk-in, and they took us no problem.

I was in town for a conference and was curious about the cold plunge experience, now I’m addicted. If you want to take your health and wellness to the next level, this is a must do and better than a massage. The owners are very accommodating for beginners, you can tell they have a passion for the business because the place is very clean. Give it a try you won’t regret it.

I’ve been coming here for about 2 years now. The combination of hot/cold therapy in compass with my fitness/dietary changes have completely transformed my health. Majority of my inflammation is now subsided using the saunas and red light therapy, I feel like a have my life back!
