I recently came in to this location looking for a concealer after having a lot of trouble finding the right fit. I was immediately greeted by Gigi, and was provided some of the BEST service I have ever received in a store. She was so kind, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic and took her time assisting me in finding the perfect fit. I honestly can’t say enough good things about how pleasant she made the experience, easing all of the anxieties I came into the store with 😊 thank you so much Gigi! You are amazing!

Shout out to Beth! I went in there today and she was one of the first people to come and help me and double check on me and gave me really good advice on makeup. I'm not fairly knowledgeable on makeup but she definitely made me feel amazing! Helping me find out what my perfect shade was and when I tell you, this girl can show and exactly match your color without even needing an app. I appreciate the time that she spent with me and helping me and giving me test samples so I can try it with the other makeup products that I have to see if it sits well. This girl deserves a raise!

The staff was very friendly and provided me with the information I needed about what I wanted to buy. I also noticed they were constantly cleaning up trash left by other customers throughout the area. The only downside was that the makeup and sample products looked very used or old.

Sephora feels like a wonderland of beauty and femininity to me. Every time i walk through Sephoras doors, all of my senses begin to go wild! My eyes are naturally drawn to the bright summer colors of 2025, yet the frangrance isles usually demand the majority of my time while shoppi ng at Sephora. I just love it!! Here are a few of my favorite frangrances thos Summer.

I visited the store on a Friday to try out a new moisturizer. No one greeted me or acknowledged I was there for a while. I did have a nice employee check on me, and I requested help to shade match. When that employee came up, she couldn't get the shade match tool to work and just guessed at shades. However, as she was helping me, she kept getting radioed to help other customers. I guess I wasn't important enough to be helped, so I left and bought at Ulta.

The absolute worst customer service. Four people behind the counter-no one acknowledged me. Waited 5 minutes the I asked ALL FOUR employees if someone could help me. They acted like I was troubling them-so I left. Sucks. On line or ULTA -not here ever again

The lady who has ginger hair is rude!!! I hate to give a one star rating but her attitude was awful.
