I just left out of there doing a DoorDash, Ms. Rho & Ms. Jaycee were so FREAKING NICE. I have the worst anxiety doing DoorDash orders, but when I walked in here I felt instantly at ease. They were both so quick to speak and help, I love them! Also help made sure that the items were separate because it would count against me. I’m so thankful for them both!

10/15/25 I walked into Sally’s looking for a hairdryer the white tall worker with red hair didn’t even acknowledge me I even spoke to her and the white customer. The red hair worked ignored me she was very rude and obnoxious. I stood at the register for 30 literally minutes waiting for her to assist me. When she approached the counter she looked at me and just starred. I asked her if everything was okay she profiled me with racism she tended to all white customers. I’m a black paying customer who felt very uncomfortable and disrespected because I’m black. If this company is ran this way I advise all black ppl to boycott.

I had my hair purple and it was semi permanent purple went back to get more to get it back to purple and this time got the permanent bright purple!! When I put it in my hair instantly went blonde!!! No purple now at all in my hair I’m very upset and unhappy definitely going back soon as they open to get this fixed!!!

The staff were helpful & friendly. Gave me suggestions to find products that would work for my partners curly hair. Also held a product for me when I called ahead, due to an hour drive to get there.

I really like Sally's they have been around a very long time. This used to be the only place to go for beauty supplies. I'm glad they are still around.

The ladies working here are knowledgeable and helpful. We appreciate going here to get everything from hair dyes to dip nail powder. They give service with a smile and if they are out of anything they will check inventory of other stores for you and even ask them to hold it for you. That is above and beyond. Love it!

I got there at 6:55pm and the door was locked. The cashier barely looked up. Their sign and online says they are open til 7pm. All I needed was one bottle of toner. Simple. Lazy workers, come on people. Don’t go to this location. The Ooltewah Sally’s is much better.
