This is the store I shop at most and have always had great experiences, but something happened yesterday I just cannot understand and doesn't sit right with me. I was standing at the checkout (first in line) with just a few items. Only one person was at a register and was having a difficult time with a return. About 2 mins goes by a young lady comes up behind me and without hesitation an employee who I can only assume was a manager as she was standing at the register area doing paperwork, walks right up to the person behind me and says are you ready to check out. That young lady walks around me, checks out right next to me quickly and then the employee goes back to doing paperwork, all while I still stand in line. I was completely ignored by the employee and unfortunately, I felt maybe because they were of the same race and I am not that possibly the reason for her behavior. It is very sad that anyone in this day and age have to feel like this. I was eventually checked out by a very nice employee, but I can say that with having even one staff member who acts in this way I will be sure to spend my money elsewhere.

Very polite and helpful employees. I immediately found what I needed but still wanted to look around. They made sure I didn't need more assistance. The place was clean. I got to play with the perfume and colognes. I'm still trying to find one I really like. Sign up for rewards. It saves you a ton. On top of coupons you get rewards points to redeem for dollars off!

Love this store, especially because it got me onto the Lolavie hair care brand. Best hair, Caroline I have ever used thanks to Ulta.

Amazing experience. Had multiple employees offer to help and ask if I was doing well. This store seems to really care about their customer service. Store was very clean and organized. If an employee wasn’t helping someone they were busy checking on others or at the front.

Lexi at the benefit brow bar is amazinggg! I come get my brows done with her all the time. She’s very friendly, professional & the results always come out amazing! She’s also the best at brow laminating too (: I would highly recommend going to see her there for your brow needs!

Destiny did an amazing job on styling my hair! I don’t always have the time to style my own hair and it’s great to have a stylist that understands that. I will be going back to see her!

My Mom was in there trying to get her birthday gift. She has had an account for years, has the app and yet didn’t get an email for her birthday gift. They weren’t trying to help her all they said was we can’t give it to you for not having her birthday email and how they only give out a certain amount each year which is ridiculous. Overall horrible customer service now i’m going to only order online and not go in the store.
