SEPHORA at Kohl's

All the workers were very nice and were extremely helpful. I needed help with finding my shade and they were nice!!! Except, one of the workers, an Asian girl who was tall with longer hair didn’t bother asking me for help and made me feel unwelcome. I checked out with her and she gave me an attitude and had terrible customer service so that made me really upset.

Really helpful associate, I think the name on my receipt was lee or Leo? She was super lovely. I needed a gift for my aunt last minute, and they didn't have the product I needed, but she helped me out and we narrowed it down to a lip oil in a color range/texture that she ended up really liking, exceptionally quickly. She even considered her age range.I put the receipt with survey and name in the bag that I gifted my aunt without thinking, and couldn't take the survey for her. It was on Feb 8th, around noon, if I got the name of the girl wrong. Thank you again 🙂

Excellent experience. Associates are really nice. Najmo helped us today - made the experience super easy! Her color match was spot on. Selection is actually rather large!

I had a really bad experience at this sephora. The workers there were terrible and had a bad attitude, and by worker, i only mean Asher. He had a horrible attitude when helping me and he was on his phone the entire time. I practically checked and did everything myself. I am not coming back here anytime soon, I think i’ll just drive to the mall and endure the heavy traffic and long lines.

After I picked out my items I was told that I could not use a Sephora gift card at this Sephora since it is inside of a JC Penney's. I have used Sephora gift cards at these JC Penney locations before, and the gift card itself even says I am able to use it at a Sephora inside of a JC Penney. Absolutely not happy and will not be back.

Jee!!!! Love her attitude and her willingness to find the best products for my hair type and skin type. She went beyond expectations. This will be my go to Sephora-Kohls.
