Visited this store for the first time and was super impressed! Everything was clean, tidy, and well organized. They’ve got a huge range of hair products at really good prices, especially for natural hair care. There’s loads of choice for braiding hair, extensions, and clip-ins too. The staff were lovely — really helpful and patient with all our questions. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I went to this store for the first time & was really impressed! The store is very neat, clean & organized. They have so much stuff for hair & their prices are extremely reasonable!! They have alot of natural hair care products which I really liked. They have a very large amount of hair for braiding, extensions, & clip ins. The girls were very helpful & answered all our questions. We will definitely be going back again!

I was appalled when l asked a male employee (l believe the manager) why alot of their products do not have prices on them. He seemed annoyed and never answered. Is thst a sign of over pricing?

My mom has been a long time customer of PK Beauty Supply in Brockton for over 10 years. If you're buying hair or a wig they will escort you to the check out. The staff will follow you around the store. This has been an on going thing in black communities when Asians choose to sell African American products. That doesn't bother my mom. What happened today was completely unforgivable. My mom and I had just come from breakfast and she wanted to stop by PKBS to grab a few items. My mom needed to use the bathroom and they refused. MY mom begged and pleaded with the staff but they refused. We will not be visiting this location ever. We will take out business to BSW Beauty Supply in Brockton. Awful staff no compassion for old ladies.

I feel as though they have a lot of stuff. So they get 4 stars for that. However I drove 45 min to go here only to be treated with a nasty attitude from the young girl working there. She was so bad. I asked a question and she acted as if I was bothering her. She was smug and not helpful whatsoever. Now the male that was working there he was super helpful. He knew his stuff too. Unlike ole girl. He legit took the 2 minutes to check the price on hair for me. I could have gone anywhere to buy hair. But I came here because I have been here in the past years back. But I never had the kind of experience I did today. I put my things on the counter as I looked at some gel and I told her that is mine. She rudely says I was putting it back. So I said why would you put it back if I told you in advance that it was mine I was just placing it there because my arm was hurting. I have a bad shoulder. Then she tried to laugh it off like oh okay. We are all consumers and we all want respect and to be treated appropriately. This girl needs to take some training classes on how to deal with the public. Get some motivation and pep in her step and stop acting as if customers are bothering her. It’s your job sweetie and if you don’t like your job or dealing with people maybe you should try something else because you give this business a poor rep due to your smug unhelpful demeanor!! I won’t be back trust and believe that. As much as I liked the stuff they carry I rather spend my money elsewhere and the only reason I spent big money today at this establishment was because I drove 45 min and they had a variety so I made the purchase. Otherwise I would have walked out and spent my money elsewhere. So overall 2 stars don’t waste your time especially if you have a simple question. It doesn’t hurt to smile cupcake and be helpful honestly you should try it the next time a customer asks you for assistance or a question.

Great inventory of products.

I have been going here for years dont go as much because i moved further away but when i need anything for me or my daughters hair i always take the longer trip to this store they have a big variety of things... you WILL find what you need in this store if you cant find it there are very nice women that work there and will help you with whatever you need they all are great and very helpful. Love this store
