Every time I walk into this store, I feel an ease wash over me, but there’s also a sense of being watched. It sometimes feels like the staff is more focused on monitoring the cameras than actually helping customers like myself. I come here to purchase products for my clients, and while I understand the need for security, it would be great to feel a bit more welcomed. A friendly smile or a simple offer of assistance would go a long way in creating a more inviting atmosphere. I hope they can find a balance between security and customer service!

I had the best experience at this hair store thanks to one of the workers (her name was Synai / Sanaie — not sure on the spelling, but she was incredible). I’ve never done a ponytail before and came in desperately needing help on what to buy and how to do it. She literally took me around the entire store, helping me pick out everything I could possibly need, and gave me so many tips and tricks along the way. She even showed me pictures of how she does her own ponytail and exactly what hair she used, which helped so much. My hair came out AMAZING, and it was all for a great price too. I felt so confident leaving and learned so much. If you’re ever unsure about hair or need real help, definitely go here—ask for her if you can! 💕

Nasty attitude as soon as you walk into the door. Mean girl energy. Beware. I wouldn’t waste my money in that place. You’re better off going to other amazing beauty supply stores in various locations in Brockton

The actual store experience was good. I went in , and was helped by a lovely worker who helped me with my options, i bought the hair , and left. The hair said it’s 100% human hair. Mind you I spent almost $200 on this hair. I was expecting human hair. When i get to the hair dresser after my hair is done , she tells me it’s synthetic. She tries to curl it , and it burns. Not only is this false advertising , but the dye is coming out as pictured down below. Again very happy with the store experience , not happy with the hair.

Honestly this place is great. The reason for the 2 stars is their lack of flexibility on the exchange policy. I am very aware of how exchanges work and I just wanted to exchange the wig I purchased since the part was on the wrong side (may not seem like a big deal but it is). The wig was NOT opened I just focused a little more on the picture once I got home. The manager decided to show me the receipt rather than understanding I would have spent more in that moment than what the wig costs.
