BSW Beauty - Brockton

Bsw the employees are great , very attentive! My only issues is that manager I believe her name is Cathy . She’s rude I asked her for help and she started yelling telling me not to ask her for anything . As a manger of a store that’s not how you respond to customers . She needs to better , and she yelled at her employee in front of a customer very unprofessional.

I bought two packs of hair from this store today around 11 AM for $170.00 DOLLARS . The hair was labeled as 100% human , but definitely was NOT human hair . I took it straight to the hair salon because I had an hair appointment, the stylist couldn't even curl it , it was very thin, wouldn't even hold a curl, and the hair clearly had synthetic fibers mixed in it. When I called the store I spoke with Lea who stated she was the store manager and she went to go speak with her boss who then told her there was not returns on hair, even though the product was not what was advertised. That's absolutely unacceptable. I couldn't even use the hair I paid for. Be careful - the hair is NOT REAL HUMAN HAIR AS CLAIMED. TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY AND A VERY DISAPPOINTING EXPERINCE!

Cashiers and usual nice. Has everything you need for "black hair" also skincare and more.

In & out all the time. They’re having a huge sale!! I went in there yesterday & spent $60 on what probably would have been over $100 in another hair store. Best hair store 🙌🏾

I'd give no star if it was possible. Be careful what you buy in this store. They have products mislabel on the shelves. My daughter picked up a product which was clearly labeled on the shelf as a low price but at the cashier it showed much higher price. This is called misrepresentation and the store is suppose to honor the customer the labeled price, because it is the store mistake. I pointed out the products and labeling to the cashier and she saw the mistake herself. The cashier called the manager/store owner and they did not care, did nothing about it and did not honor the customer for the price it was labeled. They only said, "get something else" We will not go back to this store! BSW B, You can't just do what ever you want to get people money. YOU are misleading people, MISREPRESENTATION!!

These people moment you step in the make you feel like you are stealing. People following you and looking at you. Leaves a very uncomfortable feeling. For convenience you go there but they rarely make any returns or exchange on anything. I literally bought something today. It was the wrong color. Didn't open it have my receipt and manager refuses to exchange. Not return but exchange. Manager didn't even bother to speak with me directly. She used her pawns (no disrespect) young adults to do her biding. When you are catering ro a particular culture and people you have to treat them better. Same item is at cvs and all the other stores I would have no problem exchanging. I wonder why they do... hmmmm

I find it frustrating that my mom, sister, son and I were followed around the store while shopping for hair care products. We didn't drive 30 minutes just to be monitored like that. It's disheartening to think what might have led the employee to view us as suspicious. This type of behavior feels discriminatory and stereotypical. On a positive note, the cashier was polite and offered great customer service. Will we return? It's uncertain; the experience left us feeling uncomfortable and irritated.
