When I just walked into the store there was a bunch of shopping carts blocking the entrance. This is the case most of the time I go to the store. I tried to let the cashiers know about it and they just wanted to say that we try to take care of it if we have time. Ironically there was two of them up there and there was no customers checking out and they looked pretty free and able to me. This is going to take constant effort to be rectified whenever it occurs. The cashiers can see the shopping carts so when they see that it needs to be fixed they should go fix it or call a manager or other staff to do so of they are checking people out. Just some suggestions. It is safety standards with all businesses to keep entryways and exits clear. Not only for safety reasons but also ADA reasons. A person in a wheelchair more than likely will not be able to move all of the shopping carts out of their way like I had to. Dollar General just got fined 25 million for not keeping aisles, entrances, and exists clear. You guys have items in the aisles, on the floor, along with stray shopping carts around the store. I'm not sure why someone isn't reorganizing the shopping carts on a regular basis and going around making sure all product is off the floors and not blocking aisles. You are required to keep all entrances, exits and aisles clear as part of the Americans with Disabilities Act. I'm pretty sure blocking the exits for entrances is not allowed due to evacuation reasons as well in case of fire or emergencies. Please do better and make it part of yall's regular routine. Edited to correct fine amount Edit March 7th 2025 they are still having issues with not clearing the foyer or entryway with shopping carts. I go to exit and the associate said I'm sorry people don't put their cards up and I told her you guys should have done this a long time ago there was a lot of buggies here so you guys should have come out here and dealt with the shopping carts a long time ago stop blaming your customers you already know it's an issue so keep an eye on it. Like I have suggested you have cashiers that can look to their right and keep an eye on the entryway to see if it is cluttered with shopping carts and if it is they can use their radios to radio management or someone else to go clear the entryway. You guys know that this is a constant issue with your customers so you guys should be keeping a constant eye on your entryway and keep it free from shopping cart clutter

The manager of the store was very rude and bossy. She was yelling at 2 different employees in front of guests. But the staff is the reason for my rating. They definitely did make up for it! I feel sorry for them though having to deal with her. Its the holidays...cheer up.

T.J. Maxx...you can do better than this!! This was how we were greeted when walking in. Absolutely nasty!! Walked right back out!!!

All kinds of cool things for cheap prices

I usually do not write reviews unless something is serious enough to be shared. And that was certainly the case at this store. I was in shock at how polite and helpful the staff were. The ladies at the cashier all went above and beyond to assist my family with our purchases and locating additional items we were seeking. The staff made shopping there a joy and we look forward to returning to continue purchasing from this location again in the future. If you are in the area treat yourself by stopping by and picking up some things.

Always great for some brand name steals

I am a frequent bargain hunter at TJ Maxx. Came to this place recently and was followed by an older dude step to step. I even took picture of him sitting and waiting on me to check out. I only used a bathroom there and been followed since from stand to stand. I felt uncomfortable and did not make all the purchases that I planned for.
