I used to be a faithful shopper at this location. Last time I went in, the person who rang up my purchase had their face painted a metallic white and wore red contact lenses. The rest of their outfit indicated that they were trying to evoke the look of a devil or demon. I understand that people have their own styles, taste, and preferences. However, when I am shopping in a business, I think that the employees appearance should be conducive to any and ALL shopping in that environment. I have brought my 8yo daughter into the store on multiple occasions, and I would’ve been horrified if she would’ve been with me that day. She would’ve been confused and scared of what I saw. The management here clearly puts their employees’ self-expression above professionalism . I will not be back.

Shoutout to the manager Constance!! I couldn’t find the halloween nails I had been searching everywhere for and she happily went and found me everything I needed! Everyone there was incredibly friendly, fantastic customer service!!

Brooke did a really good job on my brows. She listened to what I wanted and took her time to make sure everything looked even. I appreciated that she didn’t rush through it and checked in with me as she went. The tint came out nice too. Overall, I’m happy with how they turned out!

I’m very thankful to this Ulta and everyone working there! Brooke was very helpful in picking a foundation that matched my mom’s skin tone today, and was very patient while finding the right fit that matched her budget. Thank you to the wonderful employees at this location!

Left from the Kingsport Pavilion after a negative experience. This Ulta redeemed everything negative I had just experienced. When we asked for assistance in perfume, a knowledgeable staff member assisted us promptly. She even discussed which scents we enjoy and which ones not so much. She made suggestions to try based on what our preferences were and assisted us with this daunting task. Excellent service. She even suggested the travel option on a couple to test later which was a great idea! We ended up going back and purchasing a larger one because we had time to try it out using the travel and loved it. Excellent service. Selection was moderate. Store was clean and appeared well stocked.

This store is awesome and the employees are always so nice and eager to help me find what I am looking for! They have such a wonderful selection of items...I could spend all day shopping here!
