If I could give zero stars I would but unfortunately I had to give one. I don't like pulling the race card but it is what it is.Walmart needs to stop hiring racist door greeters and they make it so blatantly known. A Caucasian couple was walking in front of me and the person at the door told them goodbye very politely and pleasantly. I smiled at the lady and told her to have a good day as I was walking by and she had the audacity to look at me and frown and look in my cart as if I had stole the groceries that I paid for. If you don't like certain people then you should not be working in the public because there are a lot of black customers who shop at Walmart and they're helping to cover her paycheck.
I shop here quite often. I also pay my bills and get money orders. The customer care associates are helpful and courteous as well as their cashiers. Some of the vegetables, meats, and fruits I question, but all in all, Wal-Mart has things that you cannot get at other grocery stores. Its your one stop place to shop for all your groceries and home needs.
Love their straight talk person Tabby!!! She's super kind and made getting a phone and transferring stuff so easy! I got lied to by their premium guys and told they couldn't return the phone after 5 days which was a lie! After a lot of headache it was nice to have someone genuine help me and she even apologized for them which they did not 😒
We’ve all been to Walmart and have had horrible experiences. Even on the weekend before Thanksgiving when this location was busy everything was stocked well and the staff was very friendly. I was unable to find a certain item so I had to ask the staff where it was, and they were able to tell me the exact row from halfway across the store. The associates are very knowledgeable, and I would highly recommend this location.
Walmart is just what it is. Went in and ask two associates for specific help in supplements. The latter acted as though she was being inconvenienced by me even speaking to her. Very unapproachable. Explaining that it says you have it in this specific location. She said all I have is out. Went back to whatever she was engrossed in. I realize it is busy this time of year. I was also in retail and I was held to a higher standard owning a franchise. Needless to say I went to a competitor. Not a five dollar supplement mind you. However, I won't make same mistake.
I live about a mile from this store. Love most of the employees. Very friendly. The people in the pharmacy are so helpful and do you heir job well.
Out of the past several times I have tried coming to the store I have almost gotten hit half of those times that's too many times because you guys have people that are not stopping in the crosswalk and you have people parking in the crosswalk creating a bottleneck and the people behind them try to zoom around and they almost hit people. Today I saw two cars try to go past at the same time and they got pretty close to each other. I shouldn't be getting hit in people's lives should not be affected by just trying to come to the store and having a car sitting there creating a bottleneck and being a nuisance to your other customers. I would recommend having loss protection keeping an eye out on your crosswalks and allowing your door person to have a walkie so they can radio the front end manager to come get people to move. Edit: your Associates need better training with people with disabilities. Whenever I'm struggling my autism makes me seem like I have an attitude when I don't but the fact of the matter is I struggle and your worker doesn't get to automatically assume it's attitude and then whenever I told Elisa that is disability symptoms she still denied me services. When I start the struggle some of your employees shut down on and assume the worst but there is employees that don't shut down when they see me struggling they become more accomadating and compassionate. This store has the worst inventory issues they are always running out of stuff and it takes one or two weeks to get it back in. They need to understand that a lot of people from Tennessee for tax reasons comes to the store so they need to increase their stock to prevent these constant shortages because the automated system is creating lapses in inventory. You guys need to be mopping the men's room more often there is way too much pee on the floor. Sadly most men are that disgusting. I'm so tired of your employees taking away parking from customers. Walmart has a policy for all workers to park far enough from the store as to not take away parking from consumers but I'm all the time seeing your employees sitting out here right in front of the store and coming to work parking right in front of the store. This associate here parked in the 6th parking space from the front of the building. Please do something about your workers taking away our parking spots. Edit: I mentioned the parking situation to a manager yje other dat and got the same response I have been getting for the past 5 years, "we're working on it". All these years and it's still ongoing. Also please do something about your pickup fulfillment team walking out in front of cutting off customers and treating us like we are invisible and as if they have a higher priority than us. They also walk through the store extremely fast and I have almost gotten hit by too many of them. They need to have so much better situational awareness. They need to be looking ahead of themselves and watching where they're going and whenever they are backing up they need to make sure to look around before they do so. You need to start making the customers a priority when it comes to parking and pick up order fulfillment.
