I had the best customer service experience at Kiehl’s inside Macy’s in Boston, thanks to Lisa Español! She is truly amazing. From the moment I walked in, she was welcoming, knowledgeable, and took the time to understand my skin concerns. She explained everything clearly and recommended products that were perfect for me. Since following her recommendations, my skin has changed so much, it looks healthier, smoother, and more radiant. I’m so happy with the results! Lisa is the best, and I will definitely continue shopping with her. Highly recommend asking for her if you visit!

I had a very frustrating experience at Macy’s Boston Downtown today. I bought two Ralph Lauren coats yesterday, both with price tags ($230 and $235) under a 50% off sign. Later I discovered that for the $235 coat, the discount was correctly applied to the tag price. But for the $230 coat, the cashier claimed the "original" price was $335 (not shown anywhere on the tag) and charged me 50% off that instead, making me pay $167.50 instead of the $115 I should have paid. That’s $50 more! This is misleading and inconsistent — one coat honored the tag price, the other did not. When I raised the issue, staff insisted the system price was correct and refused to fix it. Customers should not have to second-guess whether Macy’s will honor the prices they display. This practice feels deceptive, and shoppers deserve transparency and fairness.

I just had an amazing experience today with Kendra in the women’s professional wear department. She was so friendly and helpful! She is fantastic at sales, I was sooooo close to getting a Macys card today, she was very convincing. I loved that she wasn’t pushy about the sales of a credit card either, she has a very smooth approach that is likable and disarming. I didn’t see a place on the receipt to write a review so I wanted to make sure she received a shout out for the awesome job she is doing!

So happy to have found the discount section on the 2nd floor left hand corner. So many good deals from shoes, housewares and clothes. Disappointed in customer service one of the customer service representative was waiting on a customer that did not speak English. She kept complaining about her, speaking rudely to her saying out loud "what am I even saying this for you're not going to understand me anyway." She rolled her eyes and was outright disrespectful. I wish there was a manager around to get involved. My customer service person was the complete opposite shout out to Jailson(sp).

Stopped in to get my wife some boots, the staff was very helpful and I got to see Santa 🎅 🧑‍🎄
