I had a wonderful experience recently getting a head spa treatment done. Everyone was absolutely lovely, and the atmosphere was very relaxing. Connie was my specialist, and she was excellent! I felt completely at ease with her and her technique was so incredible. My head spa, ginseng head spa, was one of the most relaxing treatments I've ever experienced. My hair felt incredibly soft and smooth afterwards, and my scalp felt so great too. I really appreciated the lockers and slippers that are provided and the space to style hair ourselves after blow drying. I definitely will come back for head spa treatments again.

I had the most amazing experience at SKA! I received the ginseng scalp treatment which was incredible. I hold a lot of stress in my neck and shoulders and this left me feeling so relaxed. I can't wait to go back!

Amazing!!!! I got the face yoga and hydration (second time) and the tension in my face is almost completely gone. I've been twice now, about 6 months apart. I would like to make this a quarterly ritual. My hair feels SO clean and silky, and my mind is lighter. The place is beautiful, the professionals are kind and talented. Amazing care and attention to the scalp. They even have all the fancy equipment!! I throughly enjoyed this appointment. May was super friendly, giving superb service. She was also knowledgeable with the assessment and follow up. I have been using Milbon for years and it’s a great Japanese brand for hair and scalp management. Loved every minute: from the head, neck and shoulder massage to the full 2-3x cleaning and the 15 min steam. This place definitely on par with the hair spa salons I have been to in Cali and Chicago. This is a must do so will come back again next time I’m in the city.

I visited Ska Scalp at the end of August and overall had a very pleasant experience. The space was clean, calming, and well-maintained, which immediately set a great tone. The scalp technician was incredibly thorough. I've had several scalp treatments from different places over the years, and this one definitely stood out as top-notch. What really set this visit apart was how informative and personalized the session was. The technician not only performed the treatment with care and precision but also took the time to educate me on scalp health. She pointed out areas I tend to miss while washing my hair and gave helpful advice that I’ve already started incorporating into my routine. She was also incredibly kind and approachable throughout, a true professional. The only downside to my visit was a brief interaction at the front desk. When I asked about membership option, one of the women there was unfortunately quite dismissive and simply told me to check the website when I asked about the difference between the scalp treatments and head spa included in the membership. It felt abrupt, especially after such a thoughtful service experience. I understand it was the last appointment of the evening, and the treatment did go past closing time (even though I arrived early), so I can appreciate that staff may have been eager to wrap up. Still, first and last impressions matter, and that interaction did leave a bit of a sour note. That said, I would still recommend Ska Scalp for anyone looking for high-quality scalp care. The technician alone is worth coming back for, and I hope future visits bring a more consistent front-desk experience to match the excellent treatment.

I love SKA so much! I convinced my whole family to get their membership because it's such a relaxing experience. I think they are the best spa in Boston. Emily who works at the front desk is alway so accommodating and kind.

I LOVE THIS PLACE! I got the anti hair loss head spa treatment! I have struggled with hair loss due to medical issues and when going the whole experience was awesome. Ellie my specialist was so knowledgeable and really nice! I will def be coming back.
