This is the SECOND time the same lady gave me no choice of my product. Two months ago I went in to cover up a faded copper. I wanted a dark brown. She hands me a WARM dark brown and assured me it would not turn more red. I knew it would, I didn’t wanna argue so I purchased what she recommended. We get to the counter and she starts adding things I "need" and I say "sorry I’m not in need of that" and proceeds to tell me "I need it, trust her" whatever. Today, I go in to cover up the ugly RED BROWN she gave me. I tell her I want a 4nn, she hands me 4nn in a brand I don’t want and tells me they’re sold out of the other. They were not. There was 2 left which is exactly what I needed. She refused and said "no you need 3". Whatever I’ll take 3 to be safe. I then tell her I need 20 vol developer, she then says "no you need a 10 so it deposits into your hair better" so now I’m confused cause that’s not how that works at ALL. she refused to sell me anything other than 10 because "I would fry my hair". I get home, do my hair, and it didn’t take because I wasn’t allowed to buy the 20 vol. I know my hair needed it, I dye my hair regularly. Everytime I use this Sally’s the SAME LADY is super pushy and refuses to give you what you ask for. It’s her way. Partly my fault for not standing up, but come on that’s not how you treat customers. And clearly she doesn’t know much, her own hair was FRIED and a bleaching gone bad.

Will never shop here again they screwed me out of $200 for a product I didn't use or open. You should tell people you return policy before they purchase something.

The short big lady needs better training in the knowledge of what they have in stock. I asked for Andis box shaver replacement. She told me, "That's the one thing we sold out of," so I left, and my husband told me to go back and check, which I did. They had plenty of stock on the shelves. It feels like she just wanted me out of the store.

My first time in I was greeted at the door by Heather her customer services skills were AMAZING!!! She walked me through the store showing me exactly what I needed! And she was extremely helpful telling me what the best was what wasn’t, what products were hard to find replacement pieces for. Best customer service I’ve ever had! 10/10 would recommend!

First time I had ever been to a Sally's and I was impressed. The girl who helped me (I cant remember her name, she had brightly colored hair and heart shaped glasses) was EXTREMELY knowledgeable and helpful. She pointed me to exactly what I needed to dye my hair. There was also about 6 other people who needed her help and she was running all over the place to make sure everyone was helped and had what they needed. Highly reccomend!

You all are so lucky to have Heather as a team member there! She is so knowledgeable and patient and friendly. I am always in and out of this store coloring my hair and sometimes I have no idea what I’m doing. I was in the middle of a hair color crisis and heather immediately calmed my nerves and gave me a recommendation as well as different options of several products that could work for me. SHE CARED! this is always what I’m looking for in a beauty supply establishment. If she is not already in management she needs to be. Absolutely the best employee that works here! I can tell you all the whole story but I’ll spare you the details! Long story short heather knows her stuff! THANK YOU HEATHER!! Tanizite worked! 💙

I don’t know if it’s the way the company trains people or something, but I went in simply wanting hair dye and already knowing the specific brand and where to find it, and one of the shop attendants was SO pushy. She kept asking me all these questions and each time I’d be polite and answer and then try to walk away to get back to what I was doing, but she just wouldn’t let me. She dragged me around the whole store seemingly oblivious to how I was getting more and more annoyed each time she refused to leave me alone. I didn’t get to browse or properly look at a single thing in the store because of her. PLEASE stop assuming that every customer that walks in wants your attention. A simple "is there anything I can help you with today?" would have given me the freedom to say no and actually be able to enjoy my experience. I’m disproportionately annoyed at this, but this really put a damper on my day.
