Walmart Supercenter

Walmart on Dowlen Road is convenient and well stocked most of the time. Prices are good, and I usually find everything I need in one trip. The auto care center staff is helpful, and checkout is smooth when it’s not too busy. Overall a good location.

Jacey at customer service was incredibly kind, helpful and clear. She made the whole process easy and stress-free. Huge props to her for being so great, especially during such a hectic time of year when retail is absolutely crazy. Walmart is lucky to have her!

I came yesterday to get a cake wrote on, a lady who work there I asked her do she know if anybody working the bakery, she replied I can’t help u right now I’m busy. She looked like she was only doin a Walmart order. The next lady I asked she said I don’t know I’m just coming on I haven’t clocked n yet. At the point I’m upset because I worked for Walmart before and customer is a must, I was told to always stop n help Customers even if I don’t know still help them. This man name Keith who work in grocery was bout to walk pass us he stopped n asked do we need help I said sir all I need is someone to write on this cake u know this man told me ok and said I’ll do it for u, I don’t know where nobody at but I definitely will do it for u. I really love his customer service he really was helpful thank u again Mr Keith n grocery

I came to get two tires replaced and was told they would not help me. She said they had too many tires to do and could not do mine. I was turned away with 2 flat tires and my car broke down. They have lost my business and I will never send anyone here for help. I already had the tires off. She was very rude and sent us away as she laughed about it. AND there were empty bays...they definitely did not act or seem that busy... Even if they were, who turns people away that need help with a smile???

Amazing store in the perfect location and all of the staff members that work there are awesome. In my humble opinion.

Walmart Curbside takes so horribly long to bring your groceries out! This is day 3 and ive waited 30 minutes or more each time. Ive done three Uber orders here and had to cancel two of them because I waited over 45 minutes without any explanation. Today, i’m waiting 45+ min for MY OWN groceries!

Maybe the receipt checkers should stand by the damn door. I really appreciate how when I buy something from the electronics register and am walking out the door to be getting yelled at flagged down like if I was stealing all to check two items on my receipt. Just maybe if you were by the door doing your job and not over by the registers having a conversation with the Cashier you wouldn’t be yelling and chasing me down for products I’ve already paid for
