I had the absolute pleasure of being helped by Leah during my visit to Sephora, and I can honestly say he went above and beyond in providing amazing customer service. From the moment I walked in, he greeted me with a warm smile and took the time to really listen to my needs. Leah was incredibly knowledgeable about the products, offering personalized recommendations that suited my skin type and preferences perfectly. He didn’t rush me, and I never felt pressured to buy anything I didn’t need. Instead, Leah made sure I felt confident about my choices and even demonstrated how to use some of the products. It’s clear that he’s passionate about what she does, and his genuine care made my shopping experience so enjoyable. Thank you, Leah, for making my visit memorable! You’re an absolute gem, and I’ll definitely be back!

I was very disappointed with this store. Usually I love shopping at Sephora, but it was my last time visiting this location. Absolutely disgusting customer service. I asked at least 3 employees to help me finding my foundation, but they "nicely" refused and told me that they are busy right now, I would understand if I was interrupting them from helping other customers, but they were standing next to me. This location is such a mess. Omg just save your money and time and go to another location where it is less crowded and you will get high quality service with clean testers.

I had a terrible experience! What was supposed to be my daughter's first purchase at this store turned into a nightmare. The cashier overcharged us by $20, and we wasted an hour in the store trying to get our money back. Not to mention that Sonia (the manager) is a horrible person! Zero empathy for customers, rude, and arrogant! I don't know how she got that job!

Ruby is such a talented and professional beauty associate! She was incredibly helpful and kind, assisting me in finding my new fragrance just 10 minutes before closing. I’d definitely recommend and come back because of her amazing smile and strong work ethic. This is what a beauty associate looks like! She should be seen as a high valuable employee don’t sleep on her talent, Sephora!!!

Was followed around the store by a security guard based on race. Disgusting behavior. I walked around for 10 minutes and at every aisle the security guard stopped and stared at me as if to intimidate me so there was no doubt that it was intentional racial profiling. Train your security, I wish I would’ve done more but as someone who’s never stolen in their life, I was just repulsed and walked out without purchasing anything.

I went to the Sephora this past weekend and I am absolutely thrilled with the help I received from Andrea. She was friendly and highly knowledgeable, and I am super appreciative of her recommendation for the haus labs foundation because it is working! 🥳 love
