I went to Nordstrom in Aventura mall last week.I wanted to try the new tinted moisturizer from Gucci cosmetics. Patricia was the person to introduce me to the whole line. Not only she explain about the cosmetics but also the perfumes. She was very professional and patient. I also like that she never pushed me to buy anything ( but I did buy it😅) at the end she gave samples and 2 cute little bags for travel. The tinted moisturizer I bought is very light but covers but also it has treatment on it and is a vegan product too.Love my experience. Definitely I will go back for more Gucci products or perfume 🙂 I recommend this place100%

I cannot speak for all the stores here but I will give their House of CB section a 5/5. The lady here was super helpful. I was looking for a dress while roadtriping between Toronto and Miami. She pulled out a map and helped me place an order and allow me to pick it up on my way. She also has a very positive vibe.

Just had a great experience with Johnathan (Aventura). Came in looking for a cologne. He took us on a fragrance journey and really nailed it. Left with a scent I love and he threw in some great samples too. He was awesome. Will be back!

Sold me a pair of women’s shoes instead of men's shoes. Even I asked the salesperson if the model I’m showing is the same he told me "yes it’s just the new model" but whenever I went to check because in my mind didn’t match since I know the brand, ofc it was a women's shoe. I’m not buying from this store anymore. I can see that they can lie to make a sale!

Giovanni has a wonderful customer service! He noticed we were in a rush and looking for Armani fragrance so he stepped in right away to help us out quickly and efficiently . Really appreciate his kindness and professionalism, he made the experience smooth and stress free.

I really like Nordstrom's and I do shop here. But I'd shop here a lot more if the prices were more reasonable. Nordstrom's unfortunately is a very high-end store and most of their stuff is quite pricey. The trick is to look for stuff that's on clearance

We were trying to purchase a Nuna stroller and I was helped by Jimmy. He was so patient, very knowledgeable and I was able to purchase the stroller after he took me through all the features of each stroller. I was very pleased with his service I could not ask for a better service.Thanks for having such an outstanding employee.
